I'd be interested for the 1 bed at Studio price ;) They sacrifice the living space of studio for bigger balcony, makes no sense as the 1 bedder has smaller balcony. Kitchen for 2 small bed is too small. The best is bigger 2 bed but of course pricey! Good review.
too far to the beach. As an investment it is a loser. I do real estate for income and appreciation. Many depressed REITS paying over 10 percent with no maintenance costs or repairs or tenant headaches.
