So many cookie cutter condos in Bangkok, it's fantastic to see something the breaks the mold. (Those commissioned paintings would look really nice in my living room if the next owner wants to sell 'em 😅)
Lots of potential here: cover up all the exposed concrete, get rid of the ancient choco machine, expand the loft, etc. But the biggest drawback is the location: put this on top of a 50 story building and it would be super cool because as is, I'd never pay for a property with no view.
What an awesome condo. I wish there were more condos like this in Bangkok instead of all the ugly cookie-cutter condos we see everywhere. Price is pretty reasonable as well.
This is out of the range of 99.9999% of people especially who live in Thailand ?? I’m a multi millionaire and wouldn’t ever spend 2M on a condo in Thailand This is just dream candy that ain’t going no where
You either have very good luck or great network to land these units. I'm leaning towards connection. I'm nervous just thinking how are you gonna keep raising the bar. I didn't think it could get better than the 007 penthouse, my favorite all time! Great production and presentation. Night drone shot was a nice touch btw. Happy holidays in advance!
I'm very fortunate to have a good enough reputation that people now come to me to present their properties, and I would choose them based on my own judgement and whether I think the audience would like it.
This was left empty because… ummm well I can’t really think what but I better say something or everyone will guess we ran out of budget for rental furniture.
The toilet behind the cupboard what a terrible place put the toilet walk in seesomeone having a crap terrible also the cement beams need covering who wants that as well that rust bucket crikey will not sell
If you don’t like the industrial loft style, that’s fine. But a powder room toilet is almost always located at the front of a residence because it’s for the guests to use. And how would someone walk in and see the person doing their business? It’s hidden behind a door just like all toilets.
Nice but has a lot of wasted space and is somewhat dangerous. Anyone who'd let their kids play on that netting, shouldn't be raising kids. I wonder just how far the fall is from the netting to the landing and that open loft is another accident waiting to happen. Still, if it wasn't $830k over my budget, I wouldn't mind taking up the challenge.
Usually the furnishings in these kinds of units is to give a general idea of what could be done with the space. It’s never smart to fully furnish a place because it’s impossible to please all and buyers would want to change things anyway. The nets are very easy to remove. Places like the loft and the secondary bedrooms are left open on purpose to allow for the buyer’s own choices.
Not worth the price tag & after buying still got to pay 13K baht common fee's for a less than modern communal area's. Some nice features but many not so nice issues with this place, would not be for me.

Yeah I know what you mean - it's nice to see something different!
Jett you are a real pro and deserve to be fantastically successful.
Thank you so much!
They did a fantastic job
I agree! Which is why I featured it on my channel.
Very elegant and sophisticated. Thanks for sharing Jett.
Cheers!

I would be very thankful if you could tell me where that art comes from or who the artist is. 😊
Ditto.
Sawasdee Krap Khun Jett. Wow this is absolutely my style and very awesome. Wish to own that condo. Thx for showing.
Khop Khun Mak Krap🙏
Thank you very much
Amazing ! that is the selling price ?
62.5m thb
Awesome place.
Glad you like it!
Stunning Condo, but why the see-through glass in the main bathroom, for me its a turn off
See through?
What does it rent for ??
It's only for sale
Jett, How much would be monthly rent for a place like this?
No idea. There’s really nothing like this in Bangkok to compare to.
This place is unique but in Sathon there was a condo i saw in Feb' and it was comparable to this one. The rent was 280,000 Baht per month
i would take this and remove the Chocolate machine along with the black rope.. repaint every thing.. make it fully furnished...
What’s the Asking Price Jett ?
62.5m thb
Lovely apartment. How much is it?
62.5m thb
@@JettGunther Wow, Central London prices. It's very nice but I expected much cheaper for Bangkok.
Can you show me a similar unit in central London that costs the same as this?
Great video Justin Trudeau, very inspiring.
Clever 😅
Why do I suspect this has a hidden meaning? 🤔
What an awesome condo. I wish there were more condos like this in Bangkok instead of all the ugly cookie-cutter condos we see everywhere. Price is pretty reasonable as well.
Honestly, it's pretty hard to find something unique like this, which is why I featured it on my channel.
"Bachelor" and "324sqm"? I'm a bachelor and I think my 180sqm condo is too big for one person, but ok.
Please show more oppulent but unique appartments in Bangkok ultimately this is what I am after
You're watching the right channel 😊
Next video will be at the Four Seasons, so be sure to subscribe 👍
whats the rental cost ? or is this for sale?
For sale only.
seriously all these big glass windows and look at the View
SWEET🙏
The guest bathroom in the last room you want to make difficult to find
😉
It's basically a loft.
Yes, though the loft is a bit small
Bulletproof depending on the caliber 😂
Yes but let’s not try to test it 😂
Cost?
62.5m thb

This is just dream candy that ain’t going no where
We've sold condos that cost way more than this one.
Plenty of Thai people would be in the market for this...
How Much ?
62.5m thb
There’s no view and all those other condo units can look right into your place…no privacy.
Actually, depending on who you are, the view is fantastic. It faces a few major night clubs so you can scope out the girls that are going there ;)

Can you show some condos for rent
You can always tell us your requirements at jettgunther.com and our rental team can help you out.
This was left empty because… ummm well I can’t really think what but I better say something or everyone will guess we ran out of budget for rental furniture.
You’re over thinking it.
Usually sellers don’t over-furnish because buyers will almost always want to change things up anyway.
That's a lot of money for a cursed condo (writing on the wall) 👻
👻
Jett, you're killing the game! 👏🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Glad you liked it Khun Dan!
There is not a single window without a direct and close view to a neighbor - and the neighbors to you. No privacy at all.
What a small elevator. How in the world would you get furniture up to your place if you wanted to redecorate? Outside of that not too bad.
There's another service elevator that I didn't cover in the video.
Great location but a massive waste of space and terrible layout😬
The toilet behind the cupboard what a terrible place put the toilet walk in seesomeone having a crap terrible also the cement beams need covering who wants that as well that rust bucket crikey will not sell

Unnecessary netting
It's for bachelors. So no kids allowed.
Usually the furnishings in these kinds of units is to give a general idea of what could be done with the space.

Proper American woke person comment…scared of your own shadow….oh no the railing is 1 inch too short oh no….
It's a bachelor pad. Bachelors normally don't have kids.
Crap design

41thb per sqm is actually very low compared to new buildings, which are often over 100thb these days.
