Ahh you actually see the 007 theme! This property was actually marketed by the designer as a 007-inspired bachelor pad but I omitted that reference as I thought it was kind of a stretch.
I have to say, this is my favourite condo out all the excellent condos seen on the channel. Also, lets give props to Jett "Pac-man" Gunther, .. definately the best of the real-estate you-tubers out there,... love it when a new video drops. Keep up the good work.
It's going to be interesting if they get the price they want because the building itself is quite old and the renovation feels more like an indulgence than a home.
Well, I am very impressed. That architect is a genius. Normally I hate kitchens that are open plan to the lounge but that one is acceptable because it is amazing. Maid's room, the bar at the top of the stairs, the quirky doors and secret doors and so on. Wow. Don't get excited though, I don't have the money yet.
Stunning! Love that sexy kitchen. My only big complaint would be that washer/dryer single combo unit; they are horrible and inconvenient, though I realize it's fairly standard in Thailand.
A slightly off topic question about the park: As someone who’s afraid of lizards, Lumphini park is basically a no go area for me, but does Benchakitti Park have any giant lizards?
When was the last time you visited Lumphini park? I think they’ve done some population control although there are some still. Anyway, I haven’t seen any at Benchakitti though I don’t know if that means there are zero of them.
Many actually prefer older buildings because they can offer larger layouts that can't be found in newer buildings, plus minimum facilities also means that the common area fees are very low, at just 32 thb per sqm. This condo is closer to Benchakitti park than it is to Nana plaza, and that's a feature a lot of people could only wish they have.
