great video Will. I loved seeing all the details of this place - looks like a nice setup. I had no idea one could buy this water filter - I've never seen anyone show this before - definitely something I will keep in mind. I'm curious - why all the air purifiers? Did they come with the unit or are you very concerned about air quality and bought yourself? looking forward to your next video!
Great tour, thanks for the information and looking forward to future content about the lifestyle in Thailand as a retired law enforcement officer as I am. I also retired recently from law enforcement in upstate New York and Thailand is one of the spots in researching. I’m researching the Philippines also because I’m also have a military background and the visa is easier to obtain and keep compared to Thailand. I believe the food and accommodations are better in Thailand but language and visa is better in the Philippines. So, as my research continues I will be looking for your content.
Just subscribed! Fellow NYer here (on LI), thanks for your service and congrats on your retirement and making the move! Interested in your journey in Bangkok! Just took the family there last month with a tour, can’t wait to go back and really explore the neighborhoods on our own next time!
Fantastic choice! I lived there on the 17th floor, one of the best places to live in BKK in my opinion. Quiet, well built, good parking and close to true digital mall with covered skywalk all the way to the BTS.
some great additions with the air and water filters, I'm leaving UK at the end of October for BKK just a bit worried about the rents going up for the high season

What a nice place, how much did the water machine cost?
@@dave3k 405 THB $12.47 USD a month. They service the machine every 2 months to change filter. Save alot of money on not buying bottled water.
@@WilltheExpat Was there an upfront payment/deposit?
@@dave3k Signed up for a 5 year service contract for water filter and both air filters.
