Props to Manuel for being so honest and transparent about the future developments blocking part of the sea view . Not many agents would be that forthcoming.
I see so many agents trying to rent out Copacabana sea-view units at exorbitant rents, who wouldn't mention or downplay how construction of Arom Jomtien will effect the views.

@@goodvibespattaya2423 even with Arom Jomtien, and another Copacabana project going up, they're still a bit off in the distance, so it seems like it will still be a decent view (not looking 10m across at another building or into another room). Still seems like an excellent value.

Oh, yes, Wow is the word! 😁 Re the furnished 1or 2 Bed Showroom Excellently designed, and perfectly decorated! Bravo to the developers! 👏 Guess, room to adapt to add washing machine.. And only negative, with a bit of distance to the beach, prefer a little more tropically decorated pool with sunbeds & shaded space, perhaps, outdoor kabana eating area..but as for the condos themselves & value of, brilliant! Thankyou for the tour guys👍😊🏝

I was actually at the Gardenia myself last week looking at a 70m3 unit a friend put me onto. One thing to remember is the total size includes the balcony which are large on these. But make no mistake, these are cheap form new builds. Most old condos sell in the region of 40-45,000 m3 in this area, slightly higher in Pratumnak.
As you said there is a new condo Serenity next to it one side. The other side is Park Lane which I understand this condo was also going to be the same builder but funds dried up and Gardenia has now become a stand alone project. I was told the furnishing package is 1.6 million.
I quite like the location. Right behind Rhompoo and prob a 15 minute walk to the beach.
The one thing I wasn’t overly impressed was the pool. Bit small and not a lot of sun bed room. Appreciate only 53 units in total but Park Lane has a great pool. Also as you say no gym which I find odd when you think of how big the units are. Clearly maxed out the living space and less amenities as such.

Regarding the huge condo, I am surprised to see in the kitchen has only a one bowl kitchen sink. For those with a lot of washing dishes, a double bowl sink should be standard. Anyway, a good presentation by the both of you.

A single guy doesn't need that furniture package cluttering up the love nest. Buy a big sofa, TV, bed, fridge and a pool table and bank the rest. Kerr-ching!

I stayed at a condo in Jomtien (Paradise) which opened via the patio do the pool. I would like to find another, newer building in Pattaya, Jomtien with that same feature...

It all depends on what you need. I used to have a house that was about 5000 sq. ft. And yet the part of it I actually used was much smaller. The rest was just a money pit. Taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance, etc.

What are the average daytime highs and humidity levels. All the videos I watch seem like it is hot but comfortable with constant breezes. I even see a lot of use of black clothing, which is contrary to my thought process. I live in Myrtle Beach SC. USA. And it has been high 80's with humidity making it 105 +. This is typical yearly weather, however I'm looking for a change. I like many things I see in Hua Hin, except possible the weather. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated. By the way just found you, new subscriber.

No that's an apartment I wouldn't mind living in coming from a 2200 sf house in the USA, 2 bedroom 1st floor for me. Are there other apartments big like this one there also? HOA monthly fee isn't bad either, like I'm going to work out! But I would use the pool on those hot humid days. Is there public transportation near?
Yeah great size, there are others but most new developments they make them small, they are around and many older condos are a decent size 👍 and yes Baht buses and transport very close by 👍
