    The building next door, is a step up from this one, much better quality and better floorplans, but....of course more expensive.

    How close to Thappraya Road? I take the songthaew, so need to be close. Is building setback a reasonable distance so you cannot hear traffic noise?

      It’s 800 meters to Thep Prasit road and 400 meters to Jomtien second road. There’s not much traffic in that Soi.

    Underground parking? Is the garage equipped with pumps so the parking area doesn’t get flooded. It happens all the time in Pattaya/Jomtien.

    2nd road is a nightmare. Unless the apartments are totally soundproof the constant sound of the traffic and hundreds of tour buses makes it difficult to sleep. Jomtien has become very dirty !

      No way you will be able to hear the traffic on Second road from there, it's several hundred meters from the road.

    How much maintenance

    Why is the maintenance so high? Works out to over 4000 baht a month for smallest unit and it only has a small communal area/pool, no proper reception nor gym or gardens. Otherwise its good!

      The price per square meter is 35 baht per month. That’s quite cheap compared to other condos. Just the big size of the condo makes it more expensive then other smaller units of course.

      I agree 35 baht is cheap but there are barely any facilities so should be even cheaper, £100 a month and you don't get much@@PearlPropertyPattaya
