what was the height of the hallway. I'm 6'6"(1.98M). What would be the rental price for a unit like this.
The height of the hallway is quite low. The entrance hallway is around 2.1M high and the living room high 2.5M high. It's currently rented with tenant paying 60k THB per month on a 1 year contract.

I would love to find one that hasn't been renovated. Good location, nice views, but the renovation has design flaws that would be costly to correct.

Your video is only 1 day old. According to your website it is now rented until Dec 2024.
We haven’t fixed the information yet, but the rental contract will end in February 2024 and the tenant is willing to move out early if needed.
