This is a very confusing video. I buy the 2 bed 2 bath condo for say 300K USD, I can only stay 15 days a year? That was said on each unit. What's the purpose of purchasing? I receive a 20 year Elite Visa, again, I can stay only 15 days a year? 6% ROI over 3 years is roughly 15K, probably does not cover HOA and maintenance fees, or government electricity and water..... Sounds like a major scam to me.
You can also stay by yourself if you don’t want to take the rental guarantee for the first 3 years. If you want to take the rental guarantee for first 3 years. You can stay each year for 15 days. After the 3 years you can do what ever you like. Rent it out or stay by yourself. You will still have benefit of 20 year elite visa.

I think once you have elite visa you don’t usually pay a yearly fee.
There are 2 types of elite visa: one with a one time payment and no fee and one with a fee of 20,000 baht a year (elite ultimate privilege)
