Infinity health pilates, did you start off doing pilates? Can I lose weight doing pilates? Yoga is very boring & lord _knows_ I do _not_ need to be anymore flexible. Currently, I can dislocate my hips on command (yippy, ouch! ). Plus, I can wrap me ankles around me neck. You know, just high enough to kick me self in the head when I needs ta. I'm 43 ffs, I'm too old to be "showing off"! 🤣🤣🤣 Sorry, don't mean to offend. In the middle of a _long_ 6 week lockdown.😬 I'm a wee bit sHaCk WaCKy. I have got to lose this covid weight, 10lbs!🤢 Thanks fer yer time.🤗🇨🇦

My waist looks slimmer because my core is strong and I pulled in. My legs and glutes are more toned and stronger, my posture is sooo much better. I had a slightly hunched back and that is gone. Altogether I feel better and look better. I’m 55.
Posture is everything and I'm always keeping a check on mine due to chronic asthma, you can always tell an asthmatic via their poor posture. Seriously it's just easier to breathe when my shoulders are rounded forward :/

Your channel has really helped me identify my style. I was a classic in the corporate world and then retired and now I am boho/edgy rocker chic! Lol-it took a while to figure it out. I bought blouses with puffy sleeves and I was so uncomfortable-gave them to my daughter, give me a moto jacket, t-shirt, jeans and lug boots and I am happy!!!

Hi Erin! Thanks for the great tips. I’ve been a slave to makeup since...a while 😂 I was at a point where I almost stopped wearing makeup because my makeup was starting to make me look older. I had to find new ways to apply makeup to disguise my drooping eyes and “fine lines”. I think the problem for older women is not so much wearing makeup for the first time, but learning how to make adjustments to their makeup as their skin starts to sag and wrinkle. 😩
So jealous about wearing jackets year round! I love jackets! I grew up in a mild climate, Monterey, Calif. Wore a jacket nearly every single day. Now I live in Georgia...hot, hot and hotter!

Out of all the tips, I think the most important one is posture. I thank my Mom daily for making me stand up straight and put my shoulders back. Love your advice. I will say that not all of Colorado has the same climate/Temps that Telluride does. The front range, plains and Western slope area (Mesa County/Grand Junction) may be dryer than a lot of other states; but it can be seriously HOT there too. Most of the summer months for me are in sleeveless clothing with something tied around the waist or in tow for stormy days or the cold as heck air conditioned restaurants. 🙂

So now I rock my Doc Martens with flowing skirts and ALWAYS get compliments when I do. They’re total opposites but I like them together.
Lately I am crazy about French fashion and despite of simplicity that could be boring I am ok for people seeing me vs outfit first but back then I loved to hide behind outfits. That being said the suggestions here are simply elegant as well!

I wear those pieces almost every day and I can always add on any necklace to match my outfit but it’s never too matchy matchy! They are definitely signature pieces!

Excellent topic today. I enjoy all of your videos. I am every style there is. Contemporary, classic, corporate, boho, rocker, western, sporty. I've even been goth before. It depends on what I feel is right that day, or the occasion. Also, I think my best colors for summer are teal green, turquoise or coral (colors that have some yellow). These are less common in fashion so I grab them whenever I see them!

Glad for the hot weather acknowledgments. Only linen- mostly shoe string straps. Sometimes its hard to be stylish. I layer for Aircon. We are in Winter- T-shirt’s can be worn now, 34C and no humidity- Summer 89% Humidity and up to 50C.
My signature scent is Joe Malone Grapefruit. I love the smell, but have also read that studies have shown the scent of grapefruit makes you look younger. Bonus!

I LOVE puffy shoulder-type tops, but I don't wear them because my shoulders are (very) broad, I'm 6' tall and I have an inverted triangle type of body, it's just unflattering. So I opt for v-neck tops that draw attention in like with a pretty necklace, design around the V or neckerchief and keep it simple with a baby boot cut jean. These are great tips. Keep 'em coming!

The front range, plains and Western slope area (Mesa County/Grand Junction) may be dryer than a lot of other states; but it can be seriously HOT there too. Most of the summer months for me are in sleeveless clothing with something tied around the waist or in tow for stormy days or the cold as heck air conditioned restaurants. 🙂

So now I rock my Doc Martens with flowing skirts and ALWAYS get compliments when I do. They’re total opposites but I like them together.

Love the jewelry tips! So true! I have earrings, necklace, and an arm full of bracelets in the David Yurman mixed metal crossover collection. I wear those pieces almost every day and I can always add on any necklace to match my outfit but it’s never too matchy matchy! They are definitely signature pieces!

Excellent topic today. I enjoy all of your videos. I am every style there is. Contemporary, classic, corporate, boho, rocker, western, sporty. I've even been goth before. It depends on what I feel is right that day, or the occasion. Also, I think my best colors for summer are teal green, turquoise or coral (colors that have some yellow). These are less common in fashion so I grab them whenever I see them!

Don’t know if you would remember this but a couple of months ago I wrote a comment to you that I ordered 3 Veronica Beard blazers from Bergdorf because I didn’t want to go into a store. They all fit perfectly and I am loving wearing them, and I never heard of VB til you mentioned this brand. they have become my uniform as in NY now, it’s perfect weather for wearing them with jeans and a nice top. My style is really like yours so your tips are meaningful to me, they all work for me. Glad for the hot weather acknowledgments. Only linen- mostly shoe string straps. Sometimes its hard to be stylish. I layer for Aircon. We are in Winter- T-shirt’s can be worn now, 34C and no humidity- Summer 89% Humidity and up to 50C.

I LOVE puffy shoulder-type tops, but I don't wear them because my shoulders are (very) broad, I'm 6' tall and I have an inverted triangle type of body, it's just unflattering. So I opt for v-neck tops that draw attention in like with a pretty necklace, design around the V or neckerchief and keep it simple with a baby boot cut jean. These are great tips. Keep 'em coming!
