I'm a great fan of the Shads, My parents went to see them and Cliff when I was still in the womb! I managed to see them on their final tour in Birmingham. Now not only do I have a strat but also a fantastic Hank Marvin signature Burns!
It's a 10+.The shadows sound is just out of this world.

This tune reminds me of the Hungarian Omega Band (staring:Benkő/Macky/Mihály/Laux/Kovacsics/Somló) starting of their week-end concert at the Kinizsi str. in Budapest ... when!?! ... gosh ... way back in '67.

Saw the "Shads" in Scarborough (Yorkshire) in 1986 on their FIRST farewell tour !! - absolutely awesome ! Never seen better, although the Spotniks come close !

the first called them The Drifters,but due to a planned tournee with cliff richard to USA they discovered another reputated band there and changed their name
