Boy! Really enjoyed this. More of an intresting interview , not the usual same questions that most interviewers ask and some great music. Really love the instrumental sailing. And love Hanks statement about we are are all humans and we all make mistakes.
Fifty two years since the Tornados released Telstar, and this is the first time I've seen it played by the Shadows. There version is better, naturally! Hank on his red Stratocaster so much smoother than that primitive electic keyboard in the original version 😀👍
Actually, their singing is very good. Catch their early 70s album Rockin' With Curly Leads On. Singing & Brian Bennett drumming is very Abbey Road. It's a forgotten album & one of their best.
Never seen this before! Brilliant! Thanks!!!
Thank you.
i am so pleased they did get back together to make amazing music love the shadows
Loved watching this absolutely Brilliant seeing the lads in the heyday loved them all especially Bruce
never seen this before it is great.thank you for sharing this with us
Thanks for posting, never seen this before. It’s certainly Rock n’ Roll when you have to collect your own guitar from an airport luggage carousal!
Ive been listening to the Shadows since 1959 and I can honestly tell you that I've never heard them play better than in this clip from 1981.

Roland 501 echo?
...... Meazzi perhaps ?
Is it me or did I see Richard Tandy from the Electric Light Orchestra in the back ground on the Yamah CP88 electric piano.
