    Wunderbar, wieder gut mit den unterschiedlichen Level, die Du bietest.👍
    Es ist auch nicht so leicht, die Balance zu halten , gerade bei der Seitstützübung. Da kommt man ordentlich ins wackeln.
    Ganz Klasse - ein super Pilates Workout mit dem Ball, Danke Lara.
