I bought this pair but when I tried them using the recorder in mi pc the noise canceling is not working or something like that. evert¿ything in the background can be heard in the recording. I need them for work but I don't know if its my bad luck but they dont sound like yours :(

I have this set. I picked it up second hand. When plugged in directly to the computer it works fine. But when plugged into an extension USB cable it does not work at all. Have you attempted to use a hub or extension cable with yours? (Because the length of the cable is too short for the distance I need.) ps...I know my extension cable works, I've used it with many other external devices from speakers/headsets to flash drives to cameras and more.
