Hello. I'm using Fifine mic. But for calls, I usually use my Leitner headset with mic since it has noise cancelling feature. If you don't wanna use headphone, you can use any decent speakers then just a noise cancelling mic like Fifine (about 3k pesos). There are lots of options in SHOPEE too. 😊
is it working when your company is using secure remote window/worker (srw)? We use it to open our client tools so basically mga nadownload na sa monitor mo hindi mo makikita or maopen. Can someone help? Gusto ko sana na while taking calls walang background noise maririnig. Im using jabra headset and narirnig pa din ung background noise. Baka may masuggest kayong other way na may noise cancellation while using srw. Thank you!

Yes ! I have been using the app but now that my job has us log onto a seperate accessing system to work it will no longer allow me to download the ext so idk what to do now
The noise cancelling headset will reduce/eliminate the background noise so hindi maririnig ng customer..however, other brands only work that way if you're talking. 😊

I would say 8 or 9 based on my experience. It's important to set it up properly though to take advantage of the full effect.
