Hey not certified by MS Team and Zoom meant not able to use on these platforms?

      Hi Luan Nguyen, great question!
The answer is a bit nuanced. Most standard USB headsets will work with Teams, meaning you can use them for audio input and output.
However, there are some key differences with non-certified devices:
No Dedicated Teams Button: This means you miss out on handy features like instantly answering calls or muting yourself.
Limited Functionality: Non-certified devices haven't been tested to meet Microsoft's standards for optimal audio quality, call control, and overall user experience.
Potential IT Headaches: Managing non-certified devices can be more difficult for your IT department.
My recommendation: If your organization relies heavily on Microsoft Teams, investing in Teams-certified devices is the way to go. You'll get a smoother experience, better audio quality, and easier management.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for watching! Can you share what voice, video, UC, and Contact Center platform you’re using? You are correct. The Logitech H650e along with all other headset brands/models do not natively support call control (answer/end). Some require headset device management software to be downloaded and some platforms don’t support remote call control regardless. I can check if your platform supports it.
