Now, if they can actually make fishing luck work the way it used too. Currently, with max fishing luck (everything - gear, pole, bait, trophies) the catch rate on legendaries in 3star hot spots is less than 5% - which is slightly better than RNG - barely.
"When you receive lethal damage, avoid death and regain 100% of your max health" - Not sure if they're describing the new artifact there or trying to manifest a new outcome for New World itself 😂
Thanks for the video, good to know. I cant wait to grind for artifacts which will end up having completely different perks every week, its sorta like lucky dip. But seriously I find it hard to get excited about artifacts because theres just no guarantee the stats / perks will exist on the item.

How will the phoenix amulet stack with the hatchet's Defy Death? or is this the patch where they just delete the hatchet altogether, since it has been consistently nerfed for the past half a year, its now as good for combat as it is for chopping trees.

Main thing with the Phoenix Amulet that's funny is, it no longer functions like something called Phoenix. They should just rename it, and visit the Phoenix thing later in a different way. Amulet of Spite, Vengeful Amulet, etc. I don't know. It's just gotten reworked so much now the name doesn't fit anymore. xD. Delay sucks. Really concerned about this dev team.
I took 3 weeks off for life stuff and to do another couple of run throughs in Horizon Dawn out of boredom, popped in today to find zero changes and a delay of a season that has zero content....I just can't make any more excuses for these clowns. GD it, there are no good games out right now. Fk AGS for making me go outside. Good luck to all of those who will still keep playing.
they should give themselves more of a buffer between the PTR and the release of a patch, it's better to release early/on time than having to constantly delay things when bugs pop up, or even worse release them anyway and then turn off features which is always bad for player retention. never feels good when a game gives you something then takes it away even if it's to fix it.
as someone who used to play ark wildcard was/still is horrible with delays i can wait if its for new world content its not like they do this every season so lets hope its quality

Waiting for Throne & Liberty at this point I stopped logging in NW (have over 3k hours). The game is just a chore to me at this point and fills me with more frustration anxiety and stress. Thrones will steal what's left of NW community and players and hopefully this will make AGS to either step up their game or shut it down. Nevertheless thanks for the update Oddi

this movement changes are a big passiv nerf against ranged classes. the devs change this so you can play properly on controller but like always they dont understand what effect this will have on the rest of the game.
Returning players won't return and players thinking about leaving will definitely leave, at this point AGS is better off releasing content on how to destroy your own mmorpg. I can't figure out what their problem is, they seem overly cautious, incompetent, seems like they did DEI hiring practices instead of hiring experienced staff. Delays are dangerous to any type of game that is dependent on needing populated servers. Release dates are also strategic, as they typically come out before a new game that would have people leave your game come out. It's time to face reality, mmorpg's are on their way out, they cost too much to make, and need to bring in a lot of people to start turning out a profit.
tempest fury great axe is a support weapon, but with refreshing move or keen speed they will lock the GA out of playgue crits, dont you think instead of keen speed or refreshing move they could put a soket and let us chose the final perk? no one seeams to care for support weapons

I think Slayer script isn't working out quite as well as they were hoping. All season 5 is going to be at this point is a test in production of their new Slayer script. They still have more work to do on controller as noted in their list of excuses as well. 99% of players don't give a damn about any of this. Season 5 is going to be a massive disappointment.
3.6k hours in for me from launch. I do bugger all pve I try to just PvP (opr) mostly and I feel like PvP needs something asap. I don’t have any clue what that is but I feel it needs it. 😅
i thought this game died season 1 you know when they released a game NOTHING like what they promised and people realized its just a shitty playloop/grind with no real PVP i mean scrubs can sign up for your guilds war, displacing your own members great concept

I mean yes the MMO market is a massive risk and it needs good research to make your game bloom, but AGS doesn't seem to care. People wanted more PvP content... they ain't getting it, PvE'rs wanted actual raids, they ain't getting it... instead they are doing something else no one was asking for
it sure seems like the game is getting less and less attention from AGS, hopefully this means at least that the LotR game is getting a lot of work done and we'll see it relatively soon (couple of years)

Taking a break was the best thing I’ve ever done for nw I still keep up to date but no emotional investment I’ll just come back when it’s good
For some combat tuning context, there is a bug right now that basically lets you move at Mount Speed if you dodge into crouch while walking

They have to remove azoth crystal set pieces from gypsum craft. Because it can be obtain easily and ppl who make pve, decreasing day by day.
