SO happy I did this workout today. I had been taking a break from longer workouts like this after getting sick and then dealing with a knee injury. I've mostly just been taking walks but I finally am feeling good enough to get back into more intense exercise again and this was a perfect place to start. I'm not a big fan of "cardio" workouts with too much floor/ab work, I just prefer more a consistent energy level throughout. This was a perfect balance and very easy to modify the moves when needed! Hope to see more workouts like this soon 😀

Too much talking! And not enough time check-in. I hate when the only check in you get is "3,2,1...." I like to know, 20 more seconds of halfway there. SOMETHING! I was just getting really annoyed and had a hard time focusing on my workout. Aware this is. very personal feeling.
