Spent life dancing, active but lately afflicted with arthritis and auto immune something or other. (Rebuking that). Wanna encourage people to give it try. Don't be intimidated. I simply use caution on how far I reach or stretch and stay with single time as opposed to double time due to my arthritic limitations. Personalize it for your capabilities. I promise you'll be reaching and stretching farther sooner in no time. This work out is excellent and is easily modified to your personal ability. Give it a try. I’ve been doing this workout for a week now and i still haven’t mastered doing it full out all the way through. This workout is AWESOME, it’s fun and i feel good doing it. I grew up as a dancer but stopped when I graduated high school 5 years ago. I’ve done a few classes here and there but nothing that made me feel a burn like this. It feels like week one of drill team conditioning almost 😂😂😂 thank you for putting your time and effort into crafting these videos!!!!! Im also a new mom and trying to find new ways to get back active and want to enjoy the process. Thank you again, seriously -- another reason i chose this video to follow is because i read that trauma is stored in the hips and I noticed my hips felt really stiff after giving birth a few months back. Also what better way to loosen up my hips and back than to follow a carribean dance video!

I've been struggling with motivation, focus and depression for a wHile and this dance video was so helpful for bringing my energy back up!!! Dancing is one of my ways to break the depression or low energy.... but it's not always as fun to just be dancing "alone". I'm a beginner dancer and this video was so easy to follow!!!
