Happy New Year Nico and everyone! Day one is in the books 🧘🏾‍♀️💫 As soon as my 4 year old heard us say "Nameste", she ran over to me, gave me a big hug and said, "I'm so proud of you Mom!" 🥹 She usually do yoga with me, but she wasn't up to it this morning haha. I'm looking forward to Day 2 🫶🏽

Especially this day one practice because it’s gentle and it is so approachable, especially for people that want to get back into yoga or are new yoga and want to get into the practice.
