- Hey ladies! I have been getting a lot of questions on my bartholin cyst videos so I put together the most frequently asked questions. I discuss how I use turmeric to prevent the bartholin cyst from coming back, I go over how to use a sitz bath, and what hygiene to have to prevent the bartholin cyst from getting irritated. I thank you so much for for the video of using turmeric to avoid the Bartholin gland inflammation, I get these Cyst frequently and I be so miserable, because mine grows so big that I can’t even walk, seat, I get bad fever 🥵 and when I go to the ER I can’t even take the anesthesia and so when the doctors are ready to do the incision I feel everything. Last Saturday I felt it coming out and I immediately order a Vaginal steamer from Amazon which came on Sunday and I’m telling you that it was the best investment that I have done because I sat on that V-steamer for an hour and it didn’t grow to the point that I had to go to the ER. My problem now is that I think that I’m pregnant and so I no longer can use the steamer and since I was afraid to get it while pregnant I started doing my research to treat it ahead of time and I love your video. I never give a review but yours deserve it.

In 2019 i had a Surgery and after six months it came back.
Right now, I have it stock in my Virginia and it doesn't go and it is not painful anymore. And the doctor said once it is not painful i should just let it be. This is my story of how I'm suffering from this bc and I help please.

Thank you! I’ve had a BC for just over 6 weeks now! It was initially infected so I was put on antibiotics, the swelling won’t go down however it’s painless. I’ve taken my first dose of turmeric tonight! And praying my hoo haa Goes back to normal ❤️

@@Rainbowlife-x5m hey! I realised that my turmeric didn’t have the curcumin extract in it so I had to buy a different brand as I can’t get the one suggested I’m in the UK. So it’s only been a week of me taking this new one and I know it can take up to 4 weeks. I’ll update you in a few weeks :)
@@Rainbowlife-x5m hey just to update this post my cyst is nearly gone! It’s significantly smaller and flat now!! There is a slight swelling still but I’m sure after another month or so it will go! I’ve also been taking pro biotic shots. Thank you again Kathy xx 😘

I use an aloe vera based lubricant versus a water based lubricant, I find that the aloe vera based lubricant is thicker and doesn’t dry up as fast as a water based one. When the water based lubricant dries up, it gets super dry again & reapplying gets soooo annoying

I found something bulging and irritating near the vaginal opening but it's actually second time first time I noticed it last month but I'm unaware of what is happening under there and along with the cyst inflammation and I also got yeast infection at the same time which was really painful and disgusting.
I used turmeric powder, eucalyptus oil, coconut oil mixed and applied to the area it help and reduced the swelling and cyst disappeared but I'm still unaware why this pops out again? I'm really in pain now and still following the same recipe.
Can over pleasuring ourself be a cause for the cyst to develop and inflame? and how can we prevent it??

The lack of lubrication and frictions when have intercourse can irritate it. I wish there was a reason why these cyst happen but there are so many cause to them. Wearing tight clothes can irritate you as well. We are in this together & I am so happy I could help give you a voice in this horrible situation♥️

When you first started taking turmeric, did it cause your cyst to just shrink or did it burst?
It just shrunk, it didn’t burst. The sitz bath helped my cyst burst

I am trying hydrozole cream(hydrocortisone+clotrimazole), My cyst size has reduced by about 1/3. After trying a few medications doctor recommended surgery but i don't want to operate as most of the patients have to suffer the re-occurance of cyst. After reading a comment under this video someone said i used gatifloxaxin for 10 days and her cyst was completely gone. I had hydrozole cream at home so i gave it a try and it worked for me. I am sharing my experience if it can help others, it would be great. Furthermore, now i don't suffer from fever because of cyst infection.

It’s not very scented, African black soap doesn’t have much of a smell. It should be okay to use

I noticed years ago some swelling down there. It’s hard explain. I just figured it was my anatomy. It wasn’t noticeable unless you feel for it. So I’m assuming I’ve had this a while. Around September this year I got a huge abscess at work for the first time (I’m a nurse so this was the worst shift ever!). I had no idea what it was until I looked it up. Went to the Dr and they confirmed what I googled. Told me to do baths and antibiotics.
I discovered early this year I had a softball size uterine fibroid. I spent all year trying to figure out surgery. Had to go from one Dr to another for insurance purposes and finding a better Dr then the last one. I can’t seem to find a link between fibroids and bartholin cysts but I can imagine the inflammatory process.
I had super bad periods. Using sometimes 3-4 ultra tampons every hour. I’m sure there’s a link to bartholin cysts and frequent tampon use. I became anemic from this (now fixed)
I got another one in November after my abdominal myomectomy. Just laying around. No sex, no sweating, no activity at all. That’s why I believe it has to be related some how. I got a third one maybe 4 weeks ago give it take. 🤦🏻♀️
My Dr told me when I saw him the first time to gently squeeze it with baths which I did. It popped within 4 hours. I believe this didn’t help the situation. I found the third cyst it was better to let it go away on its own with help of baths. Not popping it.
I came across your video. Got Turmeric supplements right away along with apple cider vinegar supplements. Actually I got on a vitamin regimen which I was horrible with till now (typical nurse I know)
I’ve been struggling with them on the left side. I always have one deep on the right but it’s not causing any problems. So far I have noticed a difference taking turmeric. I can still feel a small cyst on the left but it’s not like before. I’m hoping with more time it won’t be there at all. I’d say I’ve been using it for a month now.

Can you feel your bartholin gland? Sometimes I feel like I can feel it. And sometimes it feels irritated but not always. Sometimes sexual activity makes me feel it more. I’m wondering if I’m going crazy. My Dr says “maybe” when I tell him I can feel the gland

So I've watched your videos and I too feel like embarrassed of my reoccurring cysts I'm currently pregnant so I'm not fully aware if I can take tumeric. I had a bartholyn cyst removal by marspulisation in 2015 and since last year it has started to form abscess inside it and will pop on its own and it's like that since then. Sometimes itll swell in that area and will painful but sometimes it's not swell and doesn't pain much. What should I do? It swells and filled up with puss on its own will pop on its own.... It's like that since july last year.

While you had your bartholin cyst did your lymph nodes swell. I haven’t gone to the Doc but I have a kinda painful lymph on my groin which I have a bartholin cyst it’s small though.

Squeeze it as much as you can’t. It’s basically an open wound now so clean it well with soap that doesn’t have fragrance. Make sure to wear loose clothing. I hope this helps!

My doctor told me that by using public washroom i might have caught a bacterial infection that has blocked the bartholin duckt that is intern causing bartholin cyst.

Why didn’t you do the surgery for removing the gland? Were you scared of anything?
I didn’t get surgery because the glad is what keeps your vagina moist. if you remove the gland, all the moisture in your vagina is gone. I’ve heard several women say that they removed the gland & they still get the cyst. It doesn’t help to remove the gland

It’s not the friction, it’s the sexual arousal which actually triggers the mucus to be produced. I had a catheter placed, it didn’t help. The most painful experience in my life. So after that I didn’t have sex for a year and I didn’t have the cyst, because no mucus was produced, so when sex life came back the cyst came back too. And yet again I started avoiding sex and had no issues for that time. So if you don’t have sex and you think the cyst has magically disappeared, it probably has not. I was hopping for that too. Tried sitz baths, tee tree oil, didn’t help. My cyst was never infected, in such cases you really need antibiotic to be prescribed. I really hope they can find a cure, because after 4 years of struggling with BC I really feel like the gland removal is the only option.

It's such a terrible thing to know that women have to go through all this crap. God made us this way, I don't know why we have to suffer for it... I have a cyst on the left side and didn't know about it until almost 1 year after having my first child. Intimacy was so painful and I didn't know why. Now I know and I've just purchased a sitz bath and Epsom salt (which I may not use in the water all the time) but it's very discouraging to know that it comes back. It's also very discouraging to hear/read that surgery doesn't solve the problem and is painful. This makes me feel so sad. And I'm still breastfeeding so tumeric pills are not recommended but even if I wasn't BF I worry about the side effects of taking this type of vitamin for a long time.. 😢

Like cotton leggings or loose fitted from your verginal area
I do wear jeans but in my periods and whenever i know i am going to sweat. On a sunmer outing or in the gym i wear cotton leggings with a long shirt(kurta).
It feels really comfortable and to give my verginal skin time to breathe through the fabric
Synthetic fibers like denim doesn't allow enough air circulation.
Thats good they recommend that because I had to switch my underwear to cotton underwear because of the cyst! Losing fitting clothing is the best for the cyst
I feel the most uncomfortable when I wear denim jeans too !
My first time ever getting one : ( I was literally crying and praying for the pain to go away last night …. This pain was and is so unbelievably sad and sometimes not even bearable and I felt so dirty like I wasn’t normal like something is wrong with me like omg did I get an infection or worse , but when it popped a small ball came out it’s less swollen but it’s still pain and blood coming out , how should I clean it and handle it further ☹️

I have this problem since 3-4 years and I had it probably for around 20 times till now… I did marsupialiazation once but it was for nothing because it came back after one month… I started using tee trea oil since past 6 months and sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn’t do much… I’d do anything to get rid of this because it came again and I’m really thinking to remove the gland… I’ll follow this treatment with turmeric, silica and betroot+carrot juice and if it won’t work then removing the gland is the only option… I’m just not sure if it would have any bad effect… let me know please if anyone heard something about it …and take care everyone
Removing the gland doesn’t do anything. A lot of women have told me what even when they remove the gland it still comes back. I suggest purchasing the turmeric capsules & taking those daily. I still take the capsules & it’s been almost a year now. It will go away🙏🏼🙏🏼don’t worry

@@katty6902 Hi! My problem is something chronic already and some supplements like turmeric cannot get me rid of this because I tried it and it didn’t really help me with not making it come back. But I heard that having a good immunity would help your body fight against the bacterias existing there so I started taking pills for strengthening immunity. I’m still not decided about getting the operation for removing the gland because I still hope for a healthier solution. I also need to start following a treatment for the existing bacterias in that zone which includes injections and hopefully slowly it will disappear and if not then I think I’ll go for that operation as well. But you know, for me it didn’t come back for a long period of time at some point and thinking about what I did back then, I honestly can’t understand properly how I managed that because I didn’t do something special for it back then. But if I find out I’ll share it. And if you choose to take this surgery I wish you the best and the relief we all are looking for!
