Very interesting and informative video. I was not aware that women shed some of their breast tissue each month but it makes sense. I was beginning to form some small lumps in my breasts. I had them for about 4 years and did not give them much thought but recently they became painful. I started drinking smoothies in the morning with berries and leafy greens and almonds. In less than two weeks every lump is gone. I was not attempting to get rid of them. I was mainly aiming to improve my overall health. A very happy side affect.

Amazing Tips! This is the first I've heard anyone address cysts! I am so excited to in corporate these new products and dry brushing into my routine! Can I continue to do castor oil/dry brushing if I'm going to start nursing in 4 1/2 months? Or would the toxins go straight into the breast milk? I like castor oil treatment work for other cyst like areas? I tend to have fluid build up in my hips, not normal that tissue because it fluctuates.

How long do I need to apply the Castor oil pack? And how many times?
Hi I noticed you didn't get an answer but I happen to use a castor oil pack for endometriosis pain. So what I do is I put the oil on a piece of gauze, and then I apply that to my skin covered with perhaps paper towels and then everything gets covered with some Saran wrap to keep the oil from spreading, and then a heating pad goes over all of this, which increases the absorption into the body. I allow it to absorb under a heating pad for approximately 20 minutes. The castor oil has anti-inflammatory properties, so it will reduce inflammation and pain. And it's not the type of thing that is going to cause you any problems because it's all natural so you can use it as often as you like I would think

KasSie LaYne hi! Great!! Happy to help. So it all depends on a lot of factors in terms of how many, their size. Time they have been present. If they are accompanied by any scar tissue. In general women experience shrinking within 1-3 months. Resolution varies but with routine focus I have had women have thermography and mammograms show 6 month resolution
KasSie LaYne often a cyst will just be reabsorbed and drains naturally through the Lymphatics. Hence moving the Lymphatics is crucial. Some cases do experience a feeling like a lightening g strike to a rubber band snapping and that is a great sign. It’s not as painful as it sounds. Recently my daughter found a small, sore to the touch bump on the high upper part of one of her breasts (around the area where you applied the oil in this video). She does not trust conventional doctors and would prefer to try to treat it on her own. She started rubbing an evening primrose oil capsule on it once a day, using castor oil packs at night for almost a week now and seems to think it has gotten smaller. If she presses on it, it’s sore. I tried castor oil pack on my breasts a couple weeks ago.. I am just wondering: is it safe to have heat applied to breasts for about 15 minutes (during castor oil pack session)?
In case there is a cancer tumor that we are not aware of, is it safe to apply heat this way or it might 'stimulate' unwanted growths to spread?
This is one major reason why i stopped mammography.. I did it once and felt heat inside my breasts for 2-3 hours afterwards..

I use castor oil packs for endometriosis pain so this is how I use it. I got a little piece of gauze, or you can use just some paper towel, pour out the castor oil onto that maybe two tablespoons, apply it to the skin and then more paper towel and some Saran wrap over that so that the oil doesn't go everywhere. I apply a heating pad so that the castor oil is absorbed well into the body. Castor oil is a natural anti-inflammatory so after about 20 minutes you will notice some improvement in inflammation pain if that is your problem. And you can probably use it as often as you like but because it's a bit messy you probably won't find that you use it all that often.

Been using this had my mamagram last month. Only issue is i have dense breast tissue i had not cyst or architectural changes which is crazy because i had implants removed.
Dont have more mamograms they can damage your breasts...they are actually one of the main causes of breast cancers...probably best to get thermograph or ultra sound..
Mamograms dont detect cancer it can get missed..the only thing they do is hurt and damage breasts
