1 1/3 cup of water (jus eyeball it, a normal cup size of tea).
1 teaspoon of Oregano
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Bring to boil
Strain then drink
Repeat for 30 days.

Am back to testify that l was diagnosed with two three inches cysts in June this year 2022 , in August when l was due for surgery doctors ran different tests on me they couldn't find anything, they asked me if I was taking medicine. We should be grateful when someone takes the time to record a video to help someone. Today, i want to thank you so often for the video. Because I had 8 cm fibroids and since I started drinking these teas within a month I drank them every day. For a month I only took it about 10 times and then I also used moringa powder. Wednesday 03/20/2024 I went to the doctor and my 8 cm fibroids shrank to 5 cm. Attention, I didn't drink the tea every day and it worked, imagine if I had taken all of the above... From this date onwards I went to the doctor, I decided to drink the tea every day in the morning on an empty stomach and before going to bed for a month, and or putting moringa powder in my food. After a month I will come Beck 1:16 to tell you.

@Banny Bliss, you’ll have to monitor the symptoms you were getting. You might also need to go get scanned by your gynaecologist, that’s the best solution. They usually give 6 weeks before operation but you can ask to see her in 3 weeks to check while you’re taking this mixture.

I have a huge fibroid and due to family situation and other reason i refused surgery. A friend told me about castor oil compress which i have been doing for 6 months and i do see very good results but i will try yhis drink as well.

People need to read and listen. How is it that the author stated up front, also as he went through the preparing process. In addition, someone posted the recipe earlier, still people are asking simple questions. How much of this and that things already stated. Also can you use this and that. The man stated his recipe. What are you asking him for? If you want to tweak the recipe its up to you but the chef provided the information he knows. SMH
Thanks for the video . All these ingredients will definitely help with inflammation. I would suggest putting the ingredients together, then boiling the water separately, pour the boiled water on the ingredients( over boiling can destroy some of the properties) then cover and let it seep for a few minutes . Then strain and drink .

I usually boil water separately, and then pour the boil water into the mixture of grated ginger, grated tumeric root, fresh oregano and black pepper. I also use grated garlic and moringa leaves and stem.

I have been taking this 2 times daily for less than a week. Fyi I just had a miscarriage at 5weeks but wasn't confirmed till at 7weeks. I started bleeding a bit and Brownish discharge and having to deal with severe pains from the fibroids.
So I jumped at this after the miscarriage was about complete .
I think this works and fast too because I noticed some bleeding and clots or tissues when I peed after 3 or 4 days(I couldn't tell). Nobody has complained of the severe pains it causes. Most intense pain I have felt. I believed it was actually working on the fibroids as the things started coming out in bits after that . I also had to reduce the dosage as it was making me feel nauseous and a bit unwell too
But as I said I had to stop it. I deal with the pains it brings . Took the last dose night of sept 7th. It's almost 2am 9th and I am still in pains though it has greatly reduced .
If I do not have to deal with the level of pain where I keep thinking I was going to die I will definitely start it again.

Nice video. I had fibroids until recently. Herbs diet and exercise can help ease the symptoms but will not destroy them. You must remove the cause. Please remember physical is only part of healing and staying healthy. Spiritual and emotional health are seriously important. Anxiety, stress, depression, negative thinking etc…are common cause as well.💙

Hi all. I have to share that this tea is so Devine! Started drinking 2 cups per day warm. 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach. The 2nd cup before bed. I changed my eating too eating fruits, veggies and canned tuna. I did this for a few days and this totally "STOPPED" Menorrhagia. I was on cycle for 15 days straight. I will continue to drink tea the entire month of January and February then go to obgyn in March to know if fibroids are eradicated. Blessings to all!

I seen this last week. I’m 58 and started to bleed a lot so know it’s fibroids. I have noticed when my diet is good bleeding is better so I resonate with what you say. I just had not started yet. Bleeding really picked up a couple days ago. I understand we want to slow and stop the bleeding but do you think the blood is coming from the fibroid itself? Or how it’s connected in the uterus somehow? Just don’t have knowledge where the blood is coming from???? Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks for sharing!

I have drank a similar mixture for the past few years to help with heavy bleeding and clotting but have not tried with oregano. Instead I use cinnamon. A little more than a half teaspoon a day, but no more. Ginger to control clots turmeric to regulate hormones and stop inflammation helps you stay well. I never miss a day If I do slack off I can definitely tell the difference. I’m going to try the oregano. thanks for this video!
I stopped drinking coffee (specially during that time of the month) and heavy bleeding turned light and clotting stopped. I went from level 10 discomfort to 3!

I would recommend people start with only one cup daily. Although these are natural ingredients, they can pose side effects for some people. Or have one cup in the morning and one cup before bed.

Ok, ladies just giving you an update. I have been drinking this tea from 28/5/24 to 6/06/24 (Sydney time) I would like to say this has been working for me since I have been taken. This helps to pause my chronic left pelvic pains.

My doctor found a small fibroid about 2 cm big and I do not want surgery. I need to definitely try this. If I can melt it away, it will fix my abnormal bleeding, raise my iron levels and blood count back to what it should be. God I hope this works.
There are other alternatives than surgery. I been through all that blood transfusion, anemia and hospitalizations. Last time God blessed me to find a black female doctor who gave me a shot and stopped my bleeding. It worked for me because I was too old to still be having a period. Try natural healing and avoid hysterectomy at all costs

@@NavkaarcreationsWell she gave me a shot called Lupton that's a form of hormone therapy. She injected it into my butt cheek and a week later no period. I was suppose to get it injected every 3 months but because of the pandemic the pharmacy who sent it to my house didn't have it. So I never got a chance to get a second injection. That one shot still did the job. I haven't had a period since November 2020. I spot every now and then. That's it. Maybe the fibroid is breaking down or the medicine might be wearing off and time for another dose. So far so good.

Day 2 of starting this Tea - I’m struggling with the taste especially the last part of the mug 😩 but I will continue for the next two months to see if I can get some relief with the symptoms. I have known about my Fibroids for about 5 years but never really did anything about them now my periods are extremely heavy to the point where I’m now anaemic and the monthly pains are just getting worse and worse each month, I’m living on pain killers right now. 1 teaspoon - grated ginger - fresh organic ginger preferred
1 teaspoon - dry oregano - fresh oregano (3-4 leaves) preferred
1 teaspoon - dry turmeric - fresh turmeric preferred
Ground black pepper
Use 1 1/4 cup of water.
Stir and bring to boil.
Pour it through a strainer into a cup.
Drink it naturally or only use a little bit of organic honey or sweetener.
☕Drink it 2x-3x a day for at least one month straight to see the results.

I have made this tea past 5 years or so before this video and I can tell you it does help reduce pain/inflammation.

Today is day 1 for me. I also put castor oil on a cotton shirt. Cut it so it will cover my stomach. Wrap cloth with saran wrap around my stomach, with a heating pad, for an hour each night. Now, im adding this tea to tje mix as well

I was so happy to see him add the black pepper...very few people know that the compounds in black pepper helps the body absorb the turmeric much better. This recipe is the real deal...but I add almond milk to help with the taste

I watched this video a couple of days ago and used it for the first time yesterday as I was diagnosed with fibroids when I became pregnant for the first time in 1972. I have never really had a problem with them before and don't really have a problem, i.e. bleeding, pain etc. now either. But in the past year an x-ray for something else indicated the size of one of them being 5 cm, and a more recent x-ray revealed it to be 7 cm. So to be proactive I decided to nip this in the bud and stop it's growing process. In the past I was informed that I had two the size of grapefruits. Then through the years was informed they were shrinking and were the size of oranges, so I know that they do go through stages of growth and shrinkage. Anyway I used your concoction yesterday and I don't know what else it's going to do (hopefully shrink my fibroids) but a surprising side effect was it facilitated a big bowel movement, which to me indicates it has cleansing properties so I will continue to drink this for a full 30-days as you recommended. Thank you Chef Ricardo for this video and appreciate the effort you put into informing the public. We need to take our health seriously and do all we can ourselves to maintain it.

I told the Doctor my suspicions and he doubted me but I insisted on an ultra sound because I know my body. He was embarassed to confirm what I knew. I tried, wild yam pills and it helped shrink it for a short period but like it is not working for me anymore. I would try this and hope for the best.

I have been drinking organic raw garlic, ginger & turmeric mixed in my smoothie everyday for about 3 months+ but I still have heavy periods but I no longer feel pain. I think I will up my game by drinking my concoction 3 times per day & add the other ingredients recommended. Notably, I was diagnosed with fibroids after I put on weight during the covid pandemic, so I am back at the gym working on losing weight as I continue to stay away from animal products etc. My daily caloric intake is about 1000-1500 each day, but I hope to reduce my caloric intake to zero for 40 days. 🙏

Make sure you aren’t putting any sugar in your smoothies. Because ginger itself makes my period lighter. I just drink it with honey. Drink it by itself to see results. I was getting my period for 8 days straight. This month, it only lasted 5 days. The 6th day , it was just going away. I saw very light pink spot.

Hello Ladies, I have gone through several myomectomy surgeries. Doctors are so quick to recommend a hysterectomy. Do not do it, they tried to push that on me as well. Look into getting a uterine fibroid embolization, it’s a in out of procedure. This will shrink your fibroids. All of of my fibroids are gone.

Hey guys.. I had operation done in 2017 fro fibroids. They couldn't get them all out so the ones that were left grew. They told me that by the time I was in my menopause state it should be ok.. fast forward about 28 days ago I see this video.. I said why not .. I believe in Oregano and the black pepper and yes the other 2.. so I have my period so far what I noticed less pain, I didn't have to much nausea anf no vomiting .. less pain but I did see more blood.i will continue drinking ans see how next cycle does.. .. so far I am excited to see .. and FYI the first time I drank it my fibroids were not happy by I felt pain like if I had my cycle.. but it had been after my cycle that I started drinking it....

Have been bleeding for a month, clotting and some cramping. Told last year 8cm fibroid but have been rebuking. Tomorrow having an ultrasound. Does this help stop bleeding quick? Bleeding comes out like water and makes it hard o leave home for anything. So horrible what woman go through.
