      Thank you for sharing your grandmother's knowledge about the uses of evening primrose and yellow root. Both of these herbs have a long history of use in traditional medicine and have been studied for their potential health benefits. Evening primrose oil is often used to help manage symptoms of PMS and menopause, while yellow root may have anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic properties. I had excessive bleeding during menopause. Instead of having a hysterectomy, i started to reduce cortisol through short 20min walks and taking antioxodants and adaptogens like schizandra berry. Eventually my progesterone stopped being converted to cortisol, which stopped the excessive thought bleeding. Lower Cortisol. Amen

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  Год назад +2

      Thank you for sharing your experience. It's great to hear that you were able to find a natural solution to your excessive bleeding during menopause. Cortisol is a hormone that can impact many aspects of our health, including menstrual cycles, and reducing its levels through lifestyle changes and supplements like antioxidants and adaptogens like schizandra berry may help balance hormone levels.
      It's important to note that every person's situation is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or supplement regimen, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medications.

    I've got PCOS and my hormones are all over the place. No period in 5 months to date. Doctors say there's no cure or treatment so I've been exploring natural alternatives. My breasts been soooo tender and I've had lower back pains for months. I started taking evening primrose oil over the weekend and HONESTLY the very same day, the breast pain was gone. I've been feeling much better past two days since I started taking it. INOSITOL is very good as well. I rather go for organic supplements.

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  Год назад +23

      I'm glad to hear that you have found some relief from your symptoms with the use of natural supplements. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a complex condition that can be difficult to manage, and while there is no cure, there are treatments available to help manage the symptoms.
      Evening primrose oil is a popular supplement that is often used for hormonal imbalances and menstrual irregularities. It contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid that can help reduce inflammation and balance hormones. Inositol is another supplement that has been shown to improve hormonal imbalances in women with PCOS. It is a type of B vitamin that helps regulate insulin levels and improve fertility.
      In addition to supplements, lifestyle changes such as maintaining a healthy weight, eating a balanced diet, and regular exercise can also be beneficial for managing PCOS symptoms. It's important to find a holistic approach that works for you and your body.

    I have an auto immune disease, low estrogen and don’t ever get my period. I’ve tried things like Maca and dong quai but feel nauseated every time I take them so I had to stop. I was told to not take the raw form of Maca but when I did I didn’t seem to have the issues. I feel like there are so many different herbs out there and I don’t know where to start...

    Like evening primrose. I am still cycling but not looking to be pregnant. Ok to take all month long? Have been for years now. When still having babies i only took 2nd 1/2 of cycle like you suggested.

I'm 46 and experiencing distressing changes in my hormonal patterns since having my 3rd and final little one. Not sure what Divine aspect to the youtube algorithm brought me this video since I haven't been researching the topic...but I'm thankful for it! I live in Jordan, so I'm not sure how much of the sacred 5 you list will be available to me here. But for now, I feel optimistic just to know such powerful tools exist. I am versed in energy testing from a previous employer, practitioner of various modalities including TCM. I will therefore do muscle testing before using any herb recommended, as I do with any medicine or supplement I take. It helps me know what portion my body needs. Deep thanks for your time and dedication to helping others. ❤

      @NaturalHealthResources  Год назад +1

      There are several herbal supplements that have been traditionally used to help with menopause-related insomnia, including valerian root, passionflower, chamomile, and hops. However, it's important to note that herbal supplements can have interactions with medications or medical conditions, so it's always a good idea to check with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement. Additionally, lifestyle changes such as maintaining a regular sleep schedule, avoiding caffeine and alcohol before bedtime, and practicing relaxation techniques like meditation or deep breathing may also be helpful in improving sleep.

      @NaturalHealthResources  Год назад

      It's true that raw maca may contain mold and other contaminants, which can be harmful to your health. As a result, it's generally recommended to consume maca in a gelatinized or cooked form, as this process helps to remove any potential toxins and improve digestibility. While some people may choose to consume raw maca, it's important to be aware of the potential risks and to take appropriate precautions.

      I am so sadden when I here about hysterectomies. Chiming in from Israel. I went vegetarian at age six-teen and vegan at age twenty-two. I got married at age twenty-eight and after a few years of trying to get in conception, I sought medical help. I was told to first have a vaginal ultrasound. The doctor said, “wow your insides are clean, your uterus wall looks good.” He just moved that thing around inside of me and spoke good things. So, I ended up going to the USA and the doctor there said the opposite. “You have so many lumps that you need exploratory surgery.” I was like, “lumps where and how can you tell all this without an ultrasound?” He just gave me a regular gynecologist check up. So,I said, no and left. My girlfriend who had had a full hysterectomy recommended him. And because it was all said and done, it took years for me to finally tell her he may have done it for the money. Had I not gone to a doctor before him, I would not have known he was lying.

      Of course, I'd be glad to show you the different herbs that I'm referring to. Is there a particular condition or health issue that you're interested in addressing with herbs? Knowing that can help me suggest the most appropriate herbs and provide you with more detailed information. Alternatively, I can provide you with a list of commonly used herbs and their benefits if that would be helpful. Please let me know and I'll do my best to assist you.
