I asked the gyn to test for hormonal levels. She offered me birth control and got upset when I questioned her about my symptoms. They had no idea what I needed and they don't listen. They're only interested in office volume not value.
Mine offered me birth control 5 days ago and my headaches got even worse so I stopped taking it today. A side effect of birth control is headaches and Im already having headaches as it is, I dont need them to become worse. I feel your pain. 🖤
@@NaturalHealthResources Thank you. My health insurance is only in network. So I'm limited to doctors. I'm grateful to have it. I just want them to listen.
Mine was the same. I am going to an integrative hormone doctor now and she has helped me so much! I recently read OB/GYN’s get very little hormone training in medical school. I believe it!

I am 70 years old feel like crap everyday. I had a complete hysterectomy at 49 and a gallbladder removed as well. No doctor ever checked my hormones or anything they always brush me off if I complain about a symptom. Sometimes Iso fed up with doctors . I am a very active person exercising and running marathon race still. But I have a hard time recovering aches and pain all over my body. I feel afraid and anxious! Why does doctors think that we older folks don't need to get the best care ever? I am sick of all these stupid docs who only have book sense but no common sense.

Yes! Great info here. Years ago, with all the talk about estrogen supplements during menopause, I started to wonder why every woman in my family going back to my great grandmother got huge breasts during menopause. We are all estrogen dominant and have that issue anyway. But during and after menopause, well it was obvious, and this is an estrogen trait. Then, I discovered the science of hormone balances. Studied it a little. Then, I rubbed a little progesterone cream on and immediately felt so content and slept very well that night. After a few weeks, the effects wore off and I found I had to cycle it. Weight lifting helped tremendously - muscle secretes testosterone, another 'antidote' to estrogen. After I went keto, I no longer have the issues of too much estrogen. Turns out insulin is linked to estrogen. I always had too much insulin as well and would suffer from hypoglycemia when I was younger. Keto reduces insulin and seems to do the same to estrogen. Yeah.
@NaturalHealthResources postmenopausal - on hrt, found my Doctor on NAMS & she said I don't need to take progesterone due to no uterus so I am very confused about this video?
I love this video! My endocrinologist’s diagnosis for me was sooo perfunctory, average, she didn’t listen. I find you and your plethora of knowledge so incredibly on point and and actually offers us a way to test our hormones, adrenals, cortisol and more. Every doctor I’ve seen looks at my lab results or my list of symptoms myopically. Never do they address the complete axis of women’s hormonal balance is crucial because it is a cascade effect, good and bad. I’ve been looking for answers for 15 years. I am so blessed to accidentally come across this video! Thank you 💝 for delving into a deeper understanding of the full circle of female hormones, and then freely sharing your knowledge with us🙏 Very sincerely, Colleen
They have been saying that about progesterone cream for years, but I believe it’s really iodine that most people are lacking. I am older than you and none of the naturopaths could help me. In fact, most try to put me on natural (pig) thyroid meds, which actually made my thyroid ache! After giving up gluten, coffee and tea (even green tea) and taking iron, and taking iodine, I am finally well. Everyone should read about the thyroid and iodine. Most of us don’t get enough in our diets.
CAUTION - if you have the autoimmune thyroid HASHIMOTO's be careful with takng iodine. Read up on it. I have Hashi's and sometimes NEED toa take iodine to help with my fibrocystic breasts. When I do that, the next coupld of days are as if I'm on too low a dose and my hypo thyroid symptoms come back. Better I think if you can get it through diet rather than supplements.
Its not iodine.. its Progesterone. Progesterone is the Godfather sex hormone. Everything comes from Progesterone. And Progesterone comes from Cholesterol.
This information is so helpful! The symptoms you mentioned were literally describing me. It’s hard to live a good life when you can’t sleep. Than you 🙏
I'm so thankful I found your channel I just turned 51yrs old and my insomnia is in overdrive. I'm in tears as I write this post because I can't sleep and it seems like the doctor just doesn't care. I know my hormones aren't balanced and its really boring me. So, I'll get the test kit and prayerfully things will get back on track. I'm determined to get well. Thank you again for helping us.
This was right on time! My daughter has been experiencing most of your lists of symptoms and all the doctors can prescribe is birth control, which I believe causes more problems. Thank you for the info!
Good morning I just happened to have subscribed to your channel a few months ago, I am 71 years old and this channel for me is a godsend I don’t sleep well I have high cholesterol my blood pressure is pretty normal, I’m not a diabetic I try to eat healthy exercise as best I can but I’m so thankful to have listened to this particular segment of estrogen and progesterone or lack of again I’m so thankful
Thanks for the information on this subject. I did get my hormones check and the dr said that nothing was wrong and i said something is wrong because i' m have problems, with hot flashes, sweating, unable to sleep etc. I'm. So thankful that you potted up on RUclips. I have being struggling with my hormones and when i go back to my Dr. I will ask him to test my progesterone levels. Thanks for explaining things and i hope to give you a report on what happened. Thanking God for you and your channel. Hope to learn more. And i subscribed to the Channel.
This video HITS everything I have been struggling with since having my kids! I checked off EVERY symptom you listed. I have had such a hard time trying to figure out what exactly is going on. Thank you for this information! ❤️
Me too right after my first child and ever since. They gave me antidepressants and been on them ever since. I’m certain now it was just a massive crash of hormones
This was so timely. I'm 44 and struggle with most of the low progesterone symptoms, despite being on supplements and cutting out inflammatory foods. Nothing's really making an impact. I recently thought about what piece of the puzzle I could be missing and wondered if my progesterone could be low. It's motivating to think I can take control of my symptoms, rather than accept a "new normal".
You have named almost all of these symptoms that I have been suffering from for the past 22 years. I had a complete hysterectomy and a gallbladder removed 25 years ago and was not told anything about hormones ect. I was just left on my own doctors always ignored any issues I had now I am in my early 70s and still suffering! Still don't know where to turn for help. Thankyou for your video it has enlighten so many people including myself!
I'm glad that my video was helpful to you and that it shed some light on the symptoms you've been experiencing. It's never too late to seek help and It is best to consult with me for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan bit.ly/3EmExdU
I feel like I found you on this format by Devine order I am 64 this year and had hysterectomy at age 22yrs thank God I was blessed with two sons by then but I have been going through strange feelings in my body no sleep weight gain just feel bad and I did pride myself in knowing my body but that's out the window now,I found your platform informative to say the least thank you and look forward get all your you tube videos and pass it on to my family.
🙋🙋🙋 I can relate! I'm 26, and feel like I'm 86 😭 I hurt everywhere, emotions all over the place, can't lose weight, high stress and anxiety even on medication. Had cysts since I was a teen. Was diagnosed with pcos this year.
Didn’t even know I needed hormones at 73. Thanks for this video. Taking Aswagandha & Rhodola Rosea last 5 days and beginning to feel better and sleep better.
WOW!! I just discovered your channel and am blown away! I could be the poster child for all the symptoms you described for low progesterone!! Will have to order some of your tests soon!!😊❤️❤️
It’s really frustrating watching the purge & shadow banning of health channels such as yours. Really speaks to who’s running the show here. Thank you for continuing to fight the good fight and bringing lifesaving, life changing education to those of us who take our health and well-being seriously. Other platforms in the future may be a good home for your channel.
Leslie Molengraaf thank you. I am so in the weeds with the practice and an insane production schedule I am curious about what you are seeing within the natural RUclips world. It’s beyond frustrating. My 300+ videos up to June 2019 were being recommended and well viewed. Then it all stopped. And it’s still a flatline. Lots of hard work and always enjoy learning from content consumers.
Many doctors are being shadow banned like you. I follow several functional medicine practitioners & chiropractors who work hard on their content and they’re all voicing their frustrations. I’m in Canada and our holistic healers are targeted too. One doc felt he’d go back to pre-social media days and use video embedded blogs and email to communicate; others have mentioned abandoning RUclips and switching to DLive or BitChute. I guess this is our future: fighting for free speech and the right to choose real health over the opposite to that.
I love Dr. Melissa! Your videos are always informative... *everything* you've talked about I'm dealing with...now I have content to take back to my OB..ty!! ❤
I'm falling more and more in love with your channel.💕 Thank you for coming forth with information that's been withheld. You are truly a blessing. I actually had my left ovary removed and went on to have three more children. Since then my cycles have been horrible. I think what your saying is the reason for my pain.
This is exactly what is happening to me and has been for many years. I have been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, low progesterone, fibromyalgia, and other things.

We understand the importance of accurate captioning and will work to ensure that all future subtitles are clear and correctly reflect the content. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and if you have any further concerns or suggestions, please let us know.
Great video. Can you also provide some examples of changes you've seen in your patients after they start using these products? I used to use Source Naturals and wondered if it's a good product or not. I'm 68 and stopped using progesterone a few years ago because I thought there were no benefits to using them at my age. However I do wake up in the middle of the night and find it nearly impossible to go back to sleep. It happened again this morning. I have belly fat I can't seem to get rid of (20 lbs overweight). I use Vagifem suppositories twice a week for dryness and that works very well.
You have hit the nail on the head! I have felt all the symptoms all my teen and adult life. I definitely will explore the progesterone testing. Thank you sooooo much. Your video and presents is wonderful. Xo
I’m 63 years young. I take 200mg of Progesterone daily along with an Estradiol patch changed 1 times per week. I will stay on this for as long as I’m allowed. I love it.
Hormone imbalance is the reason why so many women experience anxiety and depression during menopause. Yet most doctors just prescribed antidepressants and anti anxiety meds without considering balancing the hormones. It’s so sad that so many women both young and older suffer with hormone imbalances. I am thankful that I have found a great doctor that has helped me to balance my hormones, but I found him because I educated myself and I was determined to find alternative treatment.
Oh my I’m so happy I watched your video today I just went to my dr yesterday so desperate to get some relief from my out of wack hormones. In Oct I had a stint put in my heart then shortly after I developed a hematoma which then ruptured it was a nightmare as I was bleeding out at home. After over 2 weeks in hospital I was finally able to go home. I have hypothyroidism & fibromyalgia so I’m use to my body doing all sorts of unusual things but it has been awful the past 2 months, my hair has been coming out by the handfuls , can’t sleep so emotional & worried I won’t get back to some kind of normal. My dr gave me a B12 shot increased my lyreca plus added something more to my thyroid. . Now I’m having a rosacea flair up but what you are saying is so on point I’m sure my progesterone is non existent & I really need to have this checked. To top this all off I have put 30 lbs on over the last 4-5 months. I’m 62 & had a hysterectomy at 25 I was left one ovary. I’m excited to see if this cream will give me some relief, I’m young at heart & mind just need my body to catch up 😌
this is sad...everyone should be watching menopause Barbie Taylor, here on youtube….you'll learn everything you need to know about hormones, she's a leading doc here in Houston.
Happy that you recommend this cream, I have been using it for about 20 years and feel about 40 years younger than I actually am. But a pot lasts me about 4 months. Also drinking soya milk, it probably helps as well.
I was told after my complete hysterectomy that I shouldn’t take progesterone anymore because it would cause cancer. I am 66 years old and recently got off estrogen as well. They found Uteran cancer when I had the hysterectomy. Can you comment on that?
Great talk! One note: a top functional medicine MD recently told me that prog topicals don’t work well for women over 40-45ish. We can’t properly absorb prog after a certain age. He recommended compounded prog in capsule form for anyone over that age range.
Hi @wendylpa! Thank you for your feedback and for sharing the information you received from a functional medicine MD. It's essential to consider individual factors and consult with healthcare professionals when it comes to hormone therapies, including progesterone.
Fantastic info! I took oral natural micronized progresterone when I was perimenopausal and had bad menhorragia. It stopped the bleeding and night sweats and aches and pains and herpes breakouts, and was a miracle! Took a break for a couple years, then started backup with the oral for hot flashes, insomnia, and night sweats and it is still miracle! Glad for OB gyns who are more and more aware of the benefits of NATURAL progresterone (NOT synthetic! Very important!) Thank for the suggestions about the creams. If I have to go off oral, I will know what to get. Gracias!
Oh wow, I am so thankful that I watched this concise and informative video--it explains a LOT! Grateful for this knowledge and I will be calling my Dr ASAP to have my hormones tested. 🙏🏼

This! My Dr is currently testing for cancer given all of these symptoms plus dramatically fluctuating weight... Just checked my regular blood results, they're only testing Testosterone and that's through the floor! Will be back there tomorrow demanding full hormone testing with everything you suggested 🙏🏻♥️
I'm sorry to hear about your health concerns. It's great that you're taking action to get the necessary testing done. Best of luck to you, and I hope you get the answers and treatment you need.
Thank you for sharing this. I had early menopause. by the time I reached 40’s my periods had stopped. I started having symptoms in my thirties but wasn’t diagnosed until much later. I’ve suffered from practically everything you mentioned on this video. I don’t even know what feeling ‘normal’ is anymore. Is help too late for me? I’m 70.
Thanks for the great comment! I'm so glad you liked it. If you're interested in learning other things, check out my RUclips channel and my masterclasses at bit.ly/3HG51Zo
I have learned quite a lot from your videos. I even took your thyroid test recommendations to my doctor and they were on the low side and she was not concerned and I still think I have an issue. But thank you for the wonderful contact you put out your great help to many people.
That happened to me it was just borderline but I had so many symptoms and had not been feeling well for so long. I finally saw an endocrinologist and started levothyroxine. I have leveled out about 80%. Although, I'm still having some symptoms. Pretty much all of what she described. Feeling sick and having no energy is even more exhausting. So definitely get retested. Unfortunately, it took me 3 separate trips to the doctor and multiple blood tests before they finally said let's try this.
I purchased both progesterone creams recommended in video and warning appeared on both products that progesterone causes cancer or birth defects. I would ask that if you make a recommendation to take progesterone that you talk about potential side effects and potential issues/harm.
Amazing tips and how to's for our health, I needed this advice. I have fibromyalgia and all the synptoms you listed at the beginning. Thankyou you Dr. Gallgur. I forward your videos on to others.
Thank you so much, Pandita Kasper! I'm glad to hear that you found the tips and advice helpful for your health. Thank You very much Dear Dr Melissa. You are awesome, and I had my ovaries removed 2.5 years ago and I have Hashimoto and Graves . May I use this cream?
I had a friend going thru the change. she was feeling crappy, went to a doctor and got yam cream to rub on her wrists. i believe she said it helped her, this was 20 years ago, mostly i remember the yam part.
You are amazing. This information is what I’ve been searching for. I’ve had my levels checked but no one has ever said anything about it being part of the problem I’m having! If I had listened to them I’d be on 15 different meds and still feeling terrible!, Thank you so much! I’m going to get my levels checked again and get started! Also - do you have a video that you talk about pregnenolone ?
Im so glad I found your channel ! I'm 53 years old I had a partial hysterectomy 26 years ago, and my gyn put me on the vaginal cream 3 months ago & last week she prescribed the estrodial patches , so I asked her if I should be tested and she said it wasnt needed , but she ordered the estrodial labs and my result was (12 ) but that's the only test she ordered so before I start the patch; perhaps I should start using these products. Thank you for sharing such great information 😊
Omg I've found someone! I take it for that too and it works! If i run out within 2 weeks it's back to sore boobs. I'm just taking kelp from a local health food store they're 225mcg/pill. I take 5. I found a good deal on lugols a couple months ago and tried switching to that since it's more cost effective but my symptoms came back! Any ideas? Also curious as to what you take
Omg, I swear you were talking to me specifically. I have been struggling so bad for the last year and a half with every symptom you have said 😔😔 I’m 49, lots of stressors in my life. I went to see my GP, Gynachology and they either recommend BC pill and sleeping pills or something else crazy. I know my progesterone was low too 😔 My question to you is, My mother had and has again breast cancer, is it ok to use these creams ? Thank you so much for opening my eyes quite literally ❤️❤️
Does progesterone have any link with feeling sugar imbalances 🤔 I have Hashimotos but I’m so struggling with this low sugar symptoms 😓 what kit should I get? Or any other recommendations, I will greatly appreciate it! Thank you Dr Melissa I found your videos at 4am... I think my prayers are being heard, you are very informative. 🙏
I found this information to be very helpful. When speaking of female hormones most people only talk about estrogen not progesterone. Thank you so much for empowering women with knowledge.
ANNELINE MOSTERT we do have progesterone cream sold by faithful to nature.. I use it,it’s just a small dab of cream that you put on different sites daily ,behind the knee in r and left, the crook of your elbow r and l etc..it made a huge difference to my state of menopause
Been in menopause for 4 years now. I'm not right something is very wrong and all my lab work is normal. I just love that. Makes me feel they either mixed up my lab work, made results up cause they lost it or don't know what the heck they are doing. I KNOW something is wrong but results are fine. AAAARRRRG!
I'm so happy to have watched this video . I've had a complete hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy at the age 47. I am now 49 and this finding it a battle with doctors to regulate hormones but like you said they only want to keep prescribing estrogens and no progesterone due to having no uterus. I need this help and info .
I also thought that you would only need estrogen if no uterus. Dr Barbara Taylor on you tube see menopause Barbie says that progesterone "is only for the baby ". Very confusing!!!
Barb Pixley try Genova Diagnostics for your hormone tests. I think Medicare covers those tests. Look in to it. I just took one of their saliva hormone tests this week. I have other health insurance, but from what I saw on my paper forms for Genova, Medicare Advantage plans can cover their tests. Just give them a call and see. Wish you the best! ✨
Yes, it sounds like me 100%. I really wish that you were my doctor. This has been going on for 27 years and no doctor would or really look into it at the problem.
Thanks for this video, I have been going through menopause at the age 37, gaining weight, pains, withdrawal, low libido and so on I am now 42. However I have tried everything such as maca, ashwagandha, amla and many more. Please help before I go crazy Final. Thanks
opjius onasanya I’m 21 and have a massive ovarian cyst and low progesterone, and have tried so many herbs and supplements and nothing seems to be helping. A couple hours ago I watching a video that educated me SO MUCH on all of the factors that actually contribute to hormonal imbalances. I think you would find a lot of clarity if you watched it like I did!! One sec let me go to my RUclips history and find it

I left a holistic clinic because a young female M.D. dismissed the importance of progesterone. She flippantly made the comment, “oh the new information reveals that progesterone really does NOTHING for the skin or bones”. I sat there and couldn’t believe what was coming out of her mouth . I left and have never returned.
Your amazing Melissa! I needed this video....I’m 37 and started progestin exactly 1 yr ago and take once every night. It’s helped and your videos have really helped me. Thank you for what you do!
i'm on progesterone (200 mg), but still having all the symptoms you mentioned. my obgyn added estradiol but its making my hair fall out again. the insomnia is literally killing me! not really feeling like my doc is hearing me. i need help!
My mother passed last September from cervical cancer . Since then my period has been erratic, I have insomnia, anxiety, night flushes... My tests show ok estrogen but my obgyn didn't say much about progesterone... Thank you for this video. I may have to pay to get a proper hormonal test
Yes the information you shared is helpful. I wish you were in my city. I recently took a Hormone Bloodwork panel through my GYN. I will reach out to you with my blood results to see what you recommend and what products I need.
I had uterine cancer and had a full hysterectomy 3 years ago. I cannot take hormones ! Any suggestions? Also any suggestions regarding vaginal stenosis due to dryness ?
Thank you I had a full An complete hysterectomy an a on Estradiol and I’ve asked many times about Progesterone. An she keeps telling me it the baby hormones🙄Also she has told me she will not test me because I have nothing so just do the patch an if I need Zoloft that’s the way to serve my needs . I swear I feel like I’m beating my head on the wall with the doctors here 🤔
I can totally relate. Almost exact same response from my Obgyn. Told there’s no need for progesterone since I don’t have a uterus. Same response from my endocrinologist. How is it that these “specialist” have no clue???
I believe God led me to your channel. I just turned 40 in September & I have EVERY symptom listed above except for the Thyroid issue. I’ve been so frustrated & it feels like my medical professionals haven’t been listening to my concerns. I’m extremely thankful for this information. I hope to get the support I need when I visit my gynecologist soon. If not, are there any tips you can offer for me to find another one who does? I live in Toledo/Sylvania, Ohio
Cari G no cause too much of a hormone can cause problems that’s why you must get your hormones checked. Saliva and urine hormone tests are more accurate than blood tests. It’s finding a doctor who will want to test your hormones is the most challenging, especially in my city. But my sleep doctor ordered my female hormones saliva test cause no other doctor I saw would. I had to wait months to finally test them. American doctors can be cruel. Only want to throw drugs at you to get you out the door fast to move on to the next body for sale.
Cari G it’s always best to run your numbers. That way you know. But if you have had a history of deficiency it’s likely again. Then you know if you need it 2x a day, all month, 1/2 month, 1x day etc
I’m 46 and have tried taking progesterone three different times over the past couple years. Makes me feel awful! Just cannot take it. Ive never tried the cream.
Just ordered a comprehensive kit. I have been thinking that I am seriously low on progesterone, among other things. Thank you so much for the fantastic information.
Hi Doc Melissa, is it ok to buy this progesterone cream without my doctors consent.. because my doctor just said you are on your perimenopause and just journey with it with positive thinking. I know I will but I need more than that. And is it ok to use it if I'm taking meds for blood pressure? Thank you so much for answering.
verna luga yes that is why they sell them as they are without a script. It’s not on lock down by docs and big pharmacist. That advice which nice isn’t impactful for the imbalance. We cannot think ourselves out of this.
First of all, your videos have been so helpful and I feel so blessed to have come across your channel!! What should I do if my OBGYN refuses to test my hormone levels? I have PCOS and am really struggling to find balance and I feel like part of it is because I don’t even know where to start. She says that our hormones vary throughout the day and that there is no point in checking progesterone, estrogen or testosterone. I feel like I’ve been going in circles for years🤦🏻♀️
Monica Perez awww you are so sweet. It’s for lovelies like you that I create these videos. It’s shameful, negligent and should be malpractice that a doc who specializes in female reproduction refuses to test. It’s insane. Who knows why. Instance? Time to rebook/review results? They are more surgical focused? Fire them and hire one who will. Look for a DO or nurse practitioner sometimes you get more with them.
Natural Health Resources Thanks so much for your response! Definitely going to hunt for someone willing to test my hormones and guide me in natural healing versus just putting me on birth control to “manage symptoms” 💛
After going through many doctors and months, it was my sleep doctor that finally ordered my reproductive hormone test. I did a saliva test cause it’s more accurate than blood. A urine hormone test is also more accurate than blood tests. You’re going to want to check your reproductive hormones when your progesterone may be the highest in your cycle. So if you have a 28 day cycle, your going to test your hormones on day 21 when progesterone should be the highest. Ovulation usually occurs on day 14, but not all periods are a perfect 28 day one. Sometimes you can ovulate on day 10 and not have your period till day 31. But those are still considered normal periods. It’s just one phase is longer than the other. But some hormones could still be imbalanced causing problems. There’s test you can buy online or at the store to see when you’re ovulating. Just really pay attention to your body and whole menstrual cycle. Record things down and when they happen, so you can notice patterns of when you feel certain symptoms. Educate yourself on estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and cortisol. Each are released at different times of the day and month. Cholesterol also plays a huge role in progesterone production. Stay away from refined processed sugar and processed carbohydrates. They feed estrogen. I took a one day saliva hormone test from Genova Diagnostics. Waiting for the results to come in. But if sleep irregularities are one of your symptoms or you have trouble sleeping around your period, tell the sleep doctor and maybe they’ll check hormones. If not a sleep doctor, try a holistic doctor because other doctors will usually just throw drugs at you and dismiss any other option, which is cruel and inhumane.
thislittlelightofmine444 Thank you! I found a Naturopathic doctor so fingers crossed I can the right testing and finally get to the bottom of all of this! I will be getting an ovulation test ASAP!

After I went keto, I no longer have the issues of too much estrogen. Turns out insulin is linked to estrogen. I always had too much insulin as well and would suffer from hypoglycemia when I was younger. Keto reduces insulin and seems to do the same to estrogen. Yeah.
You are absolutely an answered prayer. This information has increased my optimism on life as a woman. Thank you for this.
Darlene Itilus yay! Love hearing that!
Thank you 💝 for delving into a deeper understanding of the full circle of female hormones, and then freely sharing your knowledge with us🙏
Very sincerely,
Colleen
Thank you for sharing🙏❤
Its not iodine.. its Progesterone. Progesterone is the Godfather sex hormone. Everything comes from Progesterone. And Progesterone comes from Cholesterol.
You just named, literally, every single symptom I have going on right now! Thank you so much for this information!
This information is so helpful! The symptoms you mentioned were literally describing me. It’s hard to live a good life when you can’t sleep. Than you 🙏
Linda Klesmith I feel you!! Seriously!
Wow! This is amazing information! I must have my hormones checked out 👍🏽 Immense appreciation from Sydney, Australia.
Thanks for watching!
And i subscribed to the Channel.
i’m glad in my 40’s ( 20 yrs ago ) my Dr prescribed this for me... what a difference it made❣️
This video HITS everything I have been struggling with since having my kids! I checked off EVERY symptom you listed. I have had such a hard time trying to figure out what exactly is going on. Thank you for this information! ❤️
Me too right after my first child and ever since. They gave me antidepressants and been on them ever since. I’m certain now it was just a massive crash of hormones
I wish I had a doctor like you.
Donna Simo awww that made my day! Happy to help!
@@NaturalHealthResources I agree with Donna 😍
Me too

Rachel Sweets awww thank you!
Also: I started taking primrose oil for boobie pain. The pain stopped!
inmybliss so I have been experiencing breast soreness occasionally. I didn't know why until now
I feel like I found you on this format by Devine order I am 64 this year and had hysterectomy at age 22yrs thank God I was blessed with two sons by then but I have been going through strange feelings in my body no sleep weight gain just feel bad and I did pride myself in knowing my body but that's out the window now,I found your platform informative to say the least thank you and look forward get all your you tube videos and pass it on to my family.
Adriane Gaines yes🙌🏻🙌🏻 cortisol is a factor. Get that tested.
Joyce Elmer yes!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 that is fantastic! Sleep is so healing
This was such a blessing. I have't even thought about my hormones since I had an hysterectomy in 2005. I am. interested. Thank you
Lifeflo no longer exist, what did you switch to?
Yes mam! Good information! Thank you 👍
Thanks for liking
I love Dr. Melissa! Your videos are always informative... *everything* you've talked about I'm dealing with...now I have content to take back to my OB..ty!! ❤
Melissa, thank you for your channel. I appreciate your honesty and time you put in to every video.
I'm falling more and more in love with your channel.💕 Thank you for coming forth with information that's been withheld. You are truly a blessing. I actually had my left ovary removed and went on to have three more children. Since then my cycles have been horrible. I think what your saying is the reason for my pain.
Daarina Musaddiq awww so happy that you love my work. 💗💗
This is exactly what is happening to me and has been for many years. I have been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, low progesterone, fibromyalgia, and other things.
OMG!!! I am soooo glad I found you! I think this information is phenomenal!
I protest about your video subtitles ! The difference between progesterone and ...pedestrian is...huge !
I apologize for any confusion caused by the video subtitles.
I’m 48 soon to be 49 in January. I’m soooooo frustrated. My hormones are wild. Great video. I believe my progesterone is super low.
I love it.
How much does of estradiol are you taking, if you don't mind me asking?
@@rosedaoud7365 0.05 mg
Yooo.oo in Mozambique suffering in silence..these tests for us are just too much to ask because we lack so much basic stuff already.
🙏🙏🙏👍💕💕💕
@Sky Doll ?????🤔
I’m so glad I found you channel heaven sent thank you so much for all the information you give out so helpful
Kathryn Hubbard yay me too!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻💗🌟
OMG yes. Listen to this ladies ,especially those of you that could be peri menopausal, or in menopause. Natural progesterone 👏🏾 👍🏾
Very important!)
Thank for the suggestions about the creams.

Thank you so much for this video! I have learned a lot-very informative! 💙
Good lord! You touched on so many levels on how I’ve been feeling. Thanks for sharing your wonderful message.

That was really interesting. I'm going through menopause & sleeping & anxiety are definitely an issue. Emma x
keepfitgirl awww I get it. Two common complaints. Address those adrenals
It's unfortunate to hear about your fibromyalgia symptoms, but I'm hopeful that the information shared in the video can provide you with some relief and support.
I appreciate your support in sharing these videos with others. It's through the collective effort of spreading awareness and knowledge that we can make a positive impact on people's lives.

Thank You very much Dear Dr Melissa. You are awesome, and I had my ovaries removed 2.5 years ago and I have Hashimoto and Graves . May I use this cream?
Thank you for sharing this info about testing. It's amazing that our MEdical Doctors don't do this for us. Glad you shared it.
I really liked this video, awesome!, I definitely have to test my hormones for I feel I have too much estrogen. Thank you Dr. Melissa, you’re amazing.
Excellent information 👍Thank you so much. Women truly need to know the facts.💕
Thank you!
Thanks for this video im 37 and I'm starting to think I'm going through the change
Yes, you’ve answered a lot of question I had. I am definitely in need of progesterone cream. Thank you so much 🙏🏻❤️

So glad to come across this video! The 2nd time I’m taking your recommended advice. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
This has given me a few questions for my upcoming gyn appt. Thank you.
Lynn Braden yes!!
Iodine is my go to- no more boobs pain! I found out by doing a hair test.
Any ideas? Also curious as to what you take
I’m taking evening primrose oil vitamins and no more boob pain😄
Es Cal it’s definitely great! I cover that and why in my breast course. Thanks for watching.
Ashley Wyatt possibly it’s absorption. Kelp is good based and is more bio available.
ShieMarie Riepe yes. I love that in combo with the iodine
Omg, I swear you were talking to me specifically. I have been struggling so bad for the last year and a half with every symptom you have said 😔😔
I’m 49, lots of stressors in my life. I went to see my GP, Gynachology and they either recommend BC pill and sleeping pills or something else crazy. I know my progesterone was low too 😔
My question to you is,
My mother had and has again breast cancer, is it ok to use these creams ?
You just answered all my questions, just wish we had this product in south africa
@@twinklestar1367that’s what I was told too!! Hmmm…??? I don’t believe her so much now.

My Dr said hormone tests are really high and not covered by Medicare. I can hardly pay my bills much less an expensive test. I really want the test.

Also, is that progesterone cream you are speaking about ok to use if you dont know which hormone/s you are lacking?
Very illuminating. Thank you so much for this post
Glad it was helpful!

And by cholesterol, I mean eat good cholesterols like seafood. Our bodies need cholesterol to make hormones.
thislittlelightofmine444 Thank you! I found a Naturopathic doctor so fingers crossed I can the right testing and finally get to the bottom of all of this! I will be getting an ovulation test ASAP!
Thanks for all the helpful information! 😀👍
