    I never realized that I had a serious hormonal imbalance for years! I was diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago and had many of the issues the doctor mentioned in this video. I drank lots of bottled water and can definitely testify that the plastic mimics zeno estrogen in the body. I also had acne, constipation and very low libido. I can't believe all the years I shared this with my doctors, they never mentioned anything about hormonal imbalance. Thank you Dr. Nambudripad, you are a true blessing to the world and thank you for this video.

    You are amazing. Thank you for actually giving information on this, and how to treat it. I've seen so many medical professionals at top Hospitals and they all answered with the pill. Absolutely nothing else, just checking the effects of the pill and seeing if they should switch to another one. I was on the pill at 18. I was told to start at 16 but I put it off until I caved. I finally took myself off it 10 years later and maybe 4 years after that during which I tried having good diet (I wasn't advised to for my PCOS but I just wanted to be healthy, even though I was never overweight) I found out my hormones have leveled out but I still have cysts on my ovaries. The apathy, lack of knowledge or interest and carelessness of all those doctors I've encountered, really made me angry and I started to stop trusting doctors. I'm just trying to collect information from books now and even educate myself on youtube out of all places. Thank you so much for finally shedding light on what all this means and what can be done. I'm so happy that there is someone out there who've managed to actually reduce the cysts on their ovaries. It gives me hope.

    I found this video very informative as I am dealing with hormonal imbalance. Do have any videos regarding imbalances and long-term side effects due to birth control use or could you make one in the future? I have been off of birth control for a year and many other women return to their normal pre-birth control selves within a few weeks/months but, my body still isn't regulating properly and I am still having bad side effects. I would really appreciate your input as you are very knowledgable and explain very well. Thanks!

So I thought I had estrogen dominance, because of some symptoms and signs, as well as a recent diagnosis of Hashimoto’s, anyways, I tried taking DIM Along with changing my diet, combined with a bioidentical, progesterone cream, within four days of starting these two things. I started my period two weeks early and totally skipped ovulation. I’ve been trying to figure out what that means about what I got wrong, does this mean I’m low on both estrogen and progesterone? I have irregular periods, So I know there is a balance I just can’t figure out what it is exactly.!

I keep a full time job a house and 3 kids so I’m really struggling. I’m on Everol hrt 50 and progesterone 1 week out of 3 months as it makes me feel crazy. Hi,
    I love your videos. My day 21 estrogen is 268 and progesterone is 13.6. Is my progesterone low compared to my estrogen? It’s in the normal range according to my labs which say 2.6-21.5 is normal. I’m taking a DIM supplement, but still struggling with hot flashes, anxiety, breast tenderness and sleep a week before period.

    • @drrajsree
      @drrajsree  2 года назад +2

      Progesterone > 12 usually indicates ovulation which is pretty good. However your estradiol is high (usually expect around 150 for day 21). Yes DIM should help. But talk to your doctor to see if trying progesterone to help balance the high estrogen could help alleviate your symptoms.
