Thank you , SO MUCH. I've been trying to heal the leaky gut that has been the source of untold health issues, including chronic migraines, for over half my life. I have been completely off all sugars and fructose, all grains, all sugar substitute, and all pre-packaged poison food. Now I've started taking L-Glutamine to heal. However, I don't know HOW MUCH L-GLUTAMINE TO TAKE. Gut has been leaky for about 50 years due to heavy use of ibuprofen, heavy antibiotics, and candida. Trouble all started with antibiotics as a child, which helped to create the candida...and the story rolls from there. I'm taking 1,000 to 1,500 mgs a day. Taking in-between meals. I'm taking capsules. You've indicated that powder is best and to mix and drink it first thing in the morning. Question = HOW MUCH??? And just once daily?? Thank you for this video and your help. If you are available to reply to my question, I'd appreciate it very very much. I wish you well.

30 years of Vitiligo started to majorly reverse when I eliminated any type of gluten \ grain, took loads of vitamin D and quality probiotic, but only in skin areas that are exposed to direct sun \ natural light.
My skin around the gut is almost 100% without pigment.
I am now fully vegan, plant based, no caffeine, with lots of fruit, leaf, nuts and seeds, and some gut repairing supplements like Aloe Vera juice, quality and multiple strain probiotics (mainly Seed).
Avoiding gluten and taking probiotics also helped me to go from 78kg to 73kg (@ 1.89m), now with visible abs.
Dysbiosis affects hunger and cravings, so I am snacking less, eating two meals per day with 18-20 hours of fasting.

I have leaky gut and several food intolerances, including salicylates which was affecting my joints for a couple of years until I stopped consuming them. Is this condition treated in a similar way to leaky gut? I'm going to check your SIBO video also. I was wondering if one condition is more related to nutrient deficiencies than another? Does leaky gut also present as symptoms of diarrhoea? Is it possible to have BOTH leaky gut and SIBO? Thank you!

Great video and explanation, have you ever come across leaky gut causing chronic cough. I’ve had a full cough work up and there doesn’t seem to be a cause, maybe a little cough variant asthma but I have a feeling it’s lots of little things contributing as it comes and goes and only slightly better with inhaled steroids. No rhyme or reason, some periods are better than others, I think it’s gone, then it’s back and I can’t figure out any patterns causing it.

Most soy, wheat, corn, oats and canola are GMO in the US so try and avoid. Love L-glutamine, I use the powder and put in water. I have cleaned up my diet but need to go further. I use candida capsules when I get bloated, candida yeast is a byproduct of leaky gut. I have done parasite cleanses and detoxing as well. Suggest probiotics with water since your stomach won't have to digest it through food and it will get through the stomach acid. Soy creates more estrogen in your system too. Suggest alternative grains for bread or getting an Ezekiel-type bread made from sprouts. Burdock root is good for joints. Thank you, also like Dr. Berg as well.

Thank you so much for this video. I just found out about leaky gut and wanted to know how to heal it. I've been suffering from Rheumathoid Arthritis for many years and the drugs from my doctor keeps getting more in dosage, variety and cost. I'm currently recovering from Septic Arthritis and have to finish my course of antibiotics. I hope I can start this regime you recommend as soon as I'm off the antibiotics. Thanks again and God bless.

Thank you.... So much Rajshree.... doctors normally stress on Effects rather than Cause. U did the vice -versa. It was an eye opener

Glad Dr. Rajsree actually informs people on maybe what is going on. Think I have been to 5 different doctors and basically you can get nowhere with gut health recommendations, etc. It amazes me. I have to watch Dr. Rajsree video's to sometimes tell my docs what to look for, etc. That is the sad part. If I was a doc, I would be looking at other good youtube videos of other docs just to be in the "know". I hope they stumble upon Dr. Rajsree's youtube site. I wish we could clone Dr. Rajsree to practice in Arizona, or maybe get her to do Virtual appointments :) Maybe one day she will offer some good telehealth for all of us in need of a good doc :) Keep up the great work Dr. Rajsree and team.
