Stay away from junk food it's tempting. Not all the time but once in awhile is okay. Cook Healthy as long as it's vegetables and leafy greens with some rice. Stay away from drama be in a peaceful environment with your own personal space. Exercise do long walks. But then they grew and caused a lot of pain which cause me to have the 2nd surgery in November of 2018. I have several large fibroids and I've been taking turmeric capsules- I can feel it get to work each time I take it (I get a warm feeling in my uterus)- I almost feel the fibroids shrinking. I've also changed my diet to vegetarian and stopped eating all the sugary, processed foods, and meat that cause inflammation and add to the body's oestrogen load. I was diagnosed with fibroids 5 years ago, since then one grew big almost 8 cm, other one smaller. Yesterday I left gynaecologist practice with sobbing. I’m 37 still trust God will bless me with godly husband until then I can’t even try for a baby. However the doctor said if I tried now, he doesn’t know how would I manage to carry the baby all the way through. @@stephluvs7 Can you put castor oil on part of your body that hurts and apply a heating pad. I know that feeling you are having I tried to eat but threw up everytime as I stayed on my floor in pain. Eventually the pain will ease up. I still have them but they are causing no pain now.

I've been making tea with milk thistle, raspberry leaf, bamboo, moringa and rose for flavoring. I sweeten it with whole leaf stevia. Now, I don't know if this will work but I know these teas help with liver detox (milk thistle),bamboo has fiber, and raspberry leaf is good for feminine health. I just add moringa for nutrients. But I think I will try the molasses. I've heard others talk about black strap molasses.

After i gave birth to my only son at 29 yrs old i decided to go for birth control which i never did before in my whole life cause i never believed in birth control , i thought too much chemical and i was with my first man and only man so i never needed birth control until after i gave birth to my frist and only son. The pregnancy was so bad in fear of getting pregnant too soon i was advised to go with IUD. So after 5 years i got the IUD removed i found out i had several fibroids and polyps. It was a mess. I had a surgery then 2 yrs later they are back and because of the fibroids i am anemic now. I almost died from the surgery. It's still a mystery to the doctors so surgery is no option. I hope I will find a herbal remedies
I think mentioning that you should use distilled water is important because tap water is full of chemicals added to treat the waters, and because of the poisonous fluoride added by the municipalities that people assume is good for you. Why go through all this trouble and make tea with unclean water. Boiling it actually activates the fluoride and makes it more harmful, so just buy distilled water. It doesn't have minerals in it but you get most of your minerals from fresh fruit and vegetables anyway.

I think it should be stated that if you are on the pill you should chat with your physician before also using the progesterone cream. I think it can be harmful to use them together (blood clots, etc.) I had a difficult time finding a doctor that would help treat my fibroids. All three (1 male and 2 female who all happened to be White) recommended I have a hysterectomy. My current doctor (who happens to be Black and also suffers from fibroids) prescribed the pill for me to help shrink my fibroids. She also encouraged me to change my diet. I cut out soy, carbs, dairy, and processed sugars. The diet part has been hard but it's made a difference. The pill, was such an easy fix and made the most significant improvements to shrinking the fibroids and the diet enhanced the results. I'm anxious to try your recommendations. Exactly what I did for my fibroids. I did not want to have hysterectomy I trusted God by using the natural remedies. I prayed hard for God to heal me and I was using castor oil+olive oil+ coconut oil. Stay away from junk food it's tempting. Not all the time but once in awhile is okay. Cook Healthy as long as it's vegetables and leafy greens with some rice. Stay away from drama be in a peaceful environment with your own personal space. Exercise do long walks. I really needed this today. I had two surgeries on two years to remove fibroids and they are back again. I am 32 with no kids and was scheduled for ivf right before they found the fibroids. I am going to start this regimen next week.

But then they grew and caused a lot of pain which cause me to have the 2nd surgery in November of 2018. As of today I am fine and about to start the process of IVF, but I would say each woman is different. African American women run a greater risk of re occurrence but for someone who is trying to get pregnant that surgery is always the best option instead of hysterectomy.

I have several large fibroids and I've been taking turmeric capsules- I can feel it get to work each time I take it (I get a warm feeling in my uterus)- I almost feel the fibroids shrinking. I've also changed my diet to vegetarian and stopped eating all the sugary, processed foods, and meat that cause inflammation and add to the body's oestrogen load. I've also started to eat more fruits and nuts and have been supplementing with multivitamins. Lack of vitamin D (common to Blacks) and iodine as well as excess oestrogens is thought to play a part in fibroid growth, so I've also been supplemeting with vitamin D, sea kelp (source of iodine, kale (source of sulforaphanes) found in green leafy vegetables. Also garlic and ginger, green tea is also rich in polyphenols that shrink fibroids. My menstrual flow is now so light compared to before, when it was a burden each month. Additionally I've been taking apple cider vinegar and dandelion root to help the liver detoxify from excess hormones.

I prayed for healing from the pain during my period and THE MOST HIGH GOD revealed to me to stop eating high fructose corn syrup and stay away from msg ( monosodium glutatamate). I was diagnosed with fibroids 5 years ago, since then one grew big almost 8 cm, other one smaller. Yesterday I left gynaecologist practice with sobbing. I’m 37 still trust God will bless me with godly husband until then I can’t even try for a baby. However the doctor said if I tried now, he doesn’t know how would I manage to carry the baby all the way through. He said these needs to be taken out, although there is a risk of bleeding and then they would need to take the uterus out! Which leaves me with not much hope.
I first came across this castor oil packs when I watched Barbara O’Neill videos on natural remedies. However I didn’t do it. Didn’t realised how serious this is, and gynaecologist in UK completely ignored it, she just wanted to give me pills for my mid cycle pains ( which feels like period pain) I said I’m not having any hormones that only mask the symptoms and not solve the root of the problem.

@@stephluvs7 Can you put castor oil on part of your body that hurts and apply a heating pad. I know that feeling you are having I tried to eat but threw up everytime as I stayed on my floor in pain. Eventually the pain will ease up. I still have them but they are causing no pain now.

I've been making tea with milk thistle, raspberry leaf, bamboo, moringa and rose for flavoring. I sweeten it with whole leaf stevia. Now, I don't know if this will work but I know these teas help with liver detox (milk thistle),bamboo has fiber, and raspberry leaf is good for feminine health. I just add moringa for nutrients. But I think I will try the molasses. I've heard others talk about black strap molasses.

Dawn Ramsey i think IUD is the caused of my fibroids. After i gave birth to my only son at 29 yrs old i decided to go for birth control which i never did before in my whole life cause i never believed in birth control , i thought too much chemical and i was with my first man and only man so i never needed birth control until after i gave birth to my frist and only son. The pregnancy was so bad in fear of getting pregnant too soon i was advised to go with IUD.
So after 5 years i got the IUD removed i found out i had several fibroids and polyps. It was a mess. I had a surgery then 2 yrs later they are back and because of the fibroids i am anemic now. I almost died from the surgery. It's still a mystery to the doctors so surgery is no option. I hope I will find a herbal remedies

I think mentioning that you should use distilled water is important because tap water is full of chemicals added to treat the waters, and because of the poisonous fluoride added by the municipalities that people assume is good for you. Why go through all this trouble and make tea with unclean water. Boiling it actually activates the fluoride and makes it more harmful, so just buy distilled water. It doesn't have minerals in it but you get most of your minerals from fresh fruit and vegetables anyway.

Would this help with endometriosis, my cysts keep coming back even after surgery. I have eliminated most of what I know contains any chemicals. I think it should be stated that if you are on the pill you should chat with your physician before also using the progesterone cream. I think it can be harmful to use them together (blood clots, etc.) I had a difficult time finding a doctor that would help treat my fibroids. All three (1 male and 2 female who all happened to be White) recommended I have a hysterectomy. My current doctor (who happens to be Black and also suffers from fibroids) prescribed the pill for me to help shrink my fibroids. She also encouraged me to change my diet. I cut out soy, carbs, dairy, and processed sugars. The diet part has been hard but it's made a difference. The pill, was such an easy fix and made the most significant improvements to shrinking the fibroids and the diet enhanced the results. I'm anxious to try your recommendations. I'm going to start with the chase berry brew and the lemon/molasses first. I'm not Christian like you but, I do agree it's important to set intentions w/treatment.
