@@rawfromnowhere yes it is. But its also elite genetics and elite level diet discipline. I have friends that take more shit in a week than she does all month, workout 6 days a week and look nowhere near as impressive.

her shoulder clavicle are wider than john and she is a female and is shorter than him.. notice how john tried to cover it up by standing in front of her lmao
It was so helpful having someone like Missy, in comp ready condition to show the movement. It is so easy to see the targeted areas contract it really helped. I only recently found this channel, and have read the unfortunate news but im so grateful for this educational content. Absolutely amazing, thank you for keeping this channel available ❤️
She looks great also because she's not big. She does not have that meaty look but rather an eye pleasing lean look which female bodybuilding should strive for.
She is floating at about 7% she will then cut pre show down to 5 and win the show most likely. Thanks for joining john for this video. Also practising the costume changing it was flawless less than a second! woo hahaha
5% for a female? Not gonna happen. She wouldn’t be able to do basic functions with that body fat, and the moment she ate a small meal her body fat would spike drastically, to preserve her life and her hormone production.
No surprise Missy took all the wins. She's shredded and stronger than most guys I know. Myself included. Awesome hard work! Great video Mr. Meadows 🔥🔥🔥
@Cowboy Bebop I know you ;) Beboop. You are a keyboard satirist. Is the exact weight on the bar the same. No, men can lift more but nobody is dumb enough to make that argument. Men also weight more. F=ma. High school physics if you went. She has stand out genetics, incredible work ethic and discipline. Probably you are ill informed and under educated. To reach Pro level, Female or male is 99% impossible. Winning even harder. Coupled with all of that women have a hormonal cycle which makes training require a bit more strategy. Come out of your cocoon and step into her shoes. What's my point? Pound for pound she is stronger than most dudes working out in the gym for years. A gifted Athlete.
I loved this video! I learned so much and thought it was amazing to see Missy go through the exercises with her level of conditioning. You can really see everything going on at that level of conditioning.
Hey John. My traps have always been lacking and I haven’t really bothered with shrugs, because I could barely feel them. But last night I decided to take your advice and hold them at the top for a couple of seconds. Man, what a difference. I don’t think that I have ever tried to be this sore in my traps before. Thank you for the great advice 👍
Yea guys bouncing the weight on shrugs doesn't do anything. I use at least half the weight they do and I control the movement the whole time with a 3 second squeeze at the top. I also started holding the bar behind me and I felt it alot more also.
My traps never grew UNTIL i started doing heavy deadlifts... This got me thinking and i started targeting them with heavy rack pulls and static holds. I'm a super light weight...so if i was doing deads for 315 for 5 reps... I'd do 415 for 5 or 8 holding for a count of 5...(straps of course). But i was going from nothing to traps...if you already have mass then whatever John says is word...
@@BendApparatus Heavy vertical pulls work great, but I like to include some kind of shrugs as well. Also, I get neck pains if I pull too heavy. Which means my neck is weak and needs to be trained more as well.
Awesome video. The world would be a better place if people were more like you and Missy. Passionate. Hard-working. Disciplined. Kind-hearted. Wholesome.
She should be proud of her self, she has a very beautiful athletic look to her body .. "Congratulations" on all the hard work you put in yourself ..!!!
Missy looks amazing. Love the content John - I always learn something informative and new. Plan to utilize some of these in my routine this week. Please keep posting the excellent content.
Everything looks incredible. But her lats are INSANE!!! I have lat envy big time! 🤣 Her conditioning is at such an elite level. The climb from 15th to 1st!?! Just so impressed. Love your training videos with women!!
Wow, those shoulders are impressive. I’m so glad to get to see a bit of your prep and workout. CONGRATS ON #1 at the Arnold. John is just the best... love everything he shares... always a big help with little tips!! 💖
Great workout instructions John. In one of your other instruction video, you said to squeeze the bar with the hands as you do the movement. I have been doing that and it is amazing with better execution of movement & muscle - mind connection. All the best Missy Truscott for your comps. You are looking great 🙌❤️🏋️♀️👏
Great video and kudos to you and Ms Truscott! She looks phenomenal! One thing that I've known (due to being friends with a former competitor that turned into a judge) and it disappoints me is what John said about the judges and knowing competitors. Sometimes politics plays a part in this and imho, should NEVER outweigh true hard work and dedication aka results. But sometimes....
She's gorgeous! Amazing physique and shape. I have a long ways to go to get the taper I'm looking for. My weakest points are my shoulders and lats. The commitment, dedication and sheer discipline to getting such a physique is truly inspiring.
Q and A: I regards to the muscles those that have built a good mind connection with, is it due to muscle maturity or finding specific workouts that elcicit these connections?

I'm afraid I'm stuck with an X-tapper for the rest of my life lol but I'll give these a try
