I think I am the same age as you John. Two years ago I had heart surgery. Whilst generally stable now I have quite a bit of related anxiety. Watching your videos and your great manner is quite therapeutic and reassuring to see someone still workout great after health issues. I do more cardio than lift weights but will try to lift weights more when the gyms are open again here in Vietnam where I work (I am British). If i was in the U.s. I would try to attend classes or seminars you may do. Good luck to you and thanks so much.

So jelous though, i have hyperhidrosis, im absolutely soaked in training or even small activies in daily life, seeing neither of you sweat that badly is crazy to me, has made figuring out my sodium/electrolide and water intake difficult as hell.
Looking forward to doing this workout tomorrow Edit : any suggestions to replace that squat variation with the weight tired to the waist? I don't have that at my gym
You can use a dip belt, either adding plates or hanging a dumbell from it, and stand astride a couple of equal height, low boxes/steps. Not as convenient , but it does work when you get the set up right 👍

You can also elevate legs on boxes same way and just hold dumbbell/ kettlebell in between if no belt
