An oldie but still a goodie! I personally love upper body workouts which have all muscle groups! This one was perfect! Sometimes most RUclips videos are divided into pull and push and I’m not really into that. I prefer to train whole upper body one day and maybeeee add an extra arm day during the week. But yeah I don’t like only training triceps and chest or biceps with back hahaha not my cup of tea. I really liked this format, working on rep range and not taking just 30/45 secs to work. The 4 rounds seemed like a lot at first but it flew by! Perfect workout to cheer me up on my bday! I’ve been doing your workouts since February and you’ve definitely turned into one of my favorite RUclips trainers. I always look forward to the time of the day when I work out with you. Love just lifting without the cardio. Felt good after doing legs yesterday. Was able to increase my weights on some exercises since just last week. Thanks, Tracy.

My arms are gunna’ be burnin’ tomorrow 😂 really liked having the 4 rounds to really burn out those muscles. Catching up now, did the 60 min cardio yesterday and I’m feeling superb! Thanks again Tracy,! Completely know what you mean about feeling self conscious, we need to learn to appreciate ourselves more, realise our accomplishments. Be it a lean physique, an intelligent mind or raising our children. We are our own worst critic but we can lift each other up 😊

Okay good thanks for that feedback. I do a lot of my videos this way that are in our strength program and I totally agree you get to just focus on the moves without being distracted. Well maybe I distract a little bit haha!
Mrs Tracy I just adored this upper body blaster, my entire upper body is on fire!!! Lifted heavy and took little rests so I worked up a great sweat and was actually out of breath! Would love to see a lower body version of this style. You are awesome! ❤🤗 p.s I also have little patience with kids lol and I'm not even a mom yet! 🙈😅

Loved going through all the exercises for 4 rounds; it gives you a chance to get into the groove, and go up in weight a few times. After this, I did a quick 10 minute booty-band workout (gotta give the buns a little challenge, too) 😉
I did your 60 min cardio yesterday. 1 1/2 years ago when I started following you that would have been my go to video. Now I just did it because I know sometimes you need cardio, but this!!!!!! This is my go to video Loved It!!!!

Moved today with this one. You were right.. the burnout was good. I tried to lift heavy most of the times... Thanks for another great workout. Can you do more lower body strength workouts please... Not cardio not total body but just lower body strength with weights

I notice people who are not fond of kids also have dogs lol to me dogs are way worse..😂i could tell u were not fond of kids in one of your other videos lol even though I have kids i can relate to what u said about liking your own kids but finding others challenging ..also I hate if my kids ride their bikes across other ppls lawns and I make sure they don't do it because I hate when other neighborhood kids ride through our yard .. it's just respect of boundaries in my opinion

Bit by bit, there is improvement. Did a few full body pushups the other day and next week I will start assisted chin-ups and pull-ups. 🙌🏻
