I really liked this format. Would love to see this type of workout scattered 3-4 time throughout the month. I don’t always work those those little muscles. And they are so important. Thanks for keeping us going. 🤗

I remember doing this one back in the fall and actually I am the one who suggested it !! Loved it ! Worked a lot of inner thigh which hardly gets any attention, worked up a sweat , quick moving, really good and thanks for listening to our suggestions!!

Often during times of stress and mental health strains, I do have a great support network, and we help each other equally. Being strong for someone else, shows me that I’m not alone and we all struggle from time to time.

Another excellent format! I loved the sitting small muscle leg exercises, especially the knee, ankle, kick out. I wish I could say the same about the push up variations 😏. Always appreciate the encouraging words at the end. Thank you Tracy, we are grateful for you 😘🙏🏻💪🏼

I really liked this workout and alteration between big and small muscles as well as with and without dumbbells. Also, the pace was good, not super fast giving time to pick up the weights :) I like the preview of what's coming next :)
So now I want to be a tourist in kelwona, now that I know despite being in Canada it’s not a cold as North Dakota! Lots of these exercises (rotator cuff, inner thigh stuff) felt like great preventative exercises. Love it. I don’t work those enough. I used my 20s on few moves, which I hope I don’t regret tomorrow. Needed to modify all push ups. Still cannot do them without being on my knees.

It was a great one - loved the format. I am extremely frustrated with my lack of weights, too. Stopping to pick up 2 weights for each hand and adjusting them to hold somewhat comfortably is annoying. There are no weights in Brandon stores over 10 pounds. Good thing I have very large hands.
This was great! Can you do a version of this with repeating circuits? We would love to have you in the UK Tracy (and I think your English accent is a lot better than my Canadian!) :)
Wow an amazing strength workout. The format is a great variety of super strength excercises. The big and little muscles are good for control and muscles for the whole body. The big elevated pushups is tough too.😅 Using most 15lbs, 6lbs, 5lbs and for very big work the 20lbs kettlebell. 😂(Squats and deadlift) Next time I'll try to go heavier for the big muscles with 18lbs. I had a good time. Lily seems to love the camera but most of all you.😃So funny that she pops up everytime you're finished. 🐶🤗 Thank you Tracy.👍💦💦💪❤
