    I love the talking. When we are in the middle of a move, it helps keep my mind off the burn or the clock. When we are stretching, I'm listening to your helpful comments and/or laughing at the funny things you say. Also solid 30 is a great value! This is my Wednesday day off from strength so it was perfect fun and got the heart beating. Total enjoyment. Thanks for all you do.

      I totally agree with Kelly. I do want to add that I've been looking for a long time. Even paid for Les Mills for a good 6 months and made every excuse in the book to avoid their work outs. No offense to them, it's just not what I was looking for. Tracy's workout hit it right on the money and I always feel like I got a good workout in. I also do Yoga with Adriene! Along with my daily treadmill run! I am HAPPY!! Thank you!!!

    It never ceases to amaze me how just a 30 min workout with light weights can burn and make you sweat so much!! Hope you feel better soon ❤

    Thanks for a vey good barre and cardio. Not always a lover of barre but this one really made me work hard. Enjoyed how it was mixed with cardio. Hope your cold is better now.

    Day 11 of the fall fire workouts!! Another good one. I enjoy the talking during stretching. it’s motivating and I always learn something. I also have a cold which i got from my 4 year old granddaughter. Thanks for sharing.

    Always love your barre! Great sweat thanks Tracy! I was in bed by 8pm and up by 4am too but I didn't go to Croatia 🤣 Just plain old tired from work so listened to the body and went to bed and feel great! Thanks always for your chats at the end.🤩

    What a sneaky little burner workout. Loved the lunge glute raise and the curtsy lunge iso hold for 2 minutes. Really felt it!! Thank you!

    Did this workout today for my cardio. Sweat fest. I loved this format. I don’t do a lot of barre. This is hard in a different way and I reckon that’s the point. Thanks for such a great workout!

    Super sweaty and just what I needed today! Thanks, Tracy! I've had a lot of good stressors going on in life lately, some common place for the time of year it is, some new. I keep wondering how I'm ever going to bring that cortisol down and address these areas of my body that have stopped responding to basic activities when I don't have the brain room or time to do more. I guess I'm just agreeing that even good stress is stress. I'm feeling it!

    Wasn’t thinking this was gonna be much of a calorie burn but it definitely was for 30 minutes. Kick my booty even with just 3 pound weights great workout.
