When we are stretching, I'm listening to your helpful comments and/or laughing at the funny things you say. Also solid 30 is a great value! This is my Wednesday day off from strength so it was perfect fun and got the heart beating. Total enjoyment. Thanks for all you do.
I totally agree with Kelly. I do want to add that I've been looking for a long time. Even paid for Les Mills for a good 6 months and made every excuse in the book to avoid their work outs. No offense to them, it's just not what I was looking for. Tracy's workout hit it right on the money and I always feel like I got a good workout in. I also do Yoga with Adriene! Along with my daily treadmill run! I am HAPPY!! Thank you!!!

Super sweaty and just what I needed today! Thanks, Tracy! I've had a lot of good stressors going on in life lately, some common place for the time of year it is, some new. I keep wondering how I'm ever going to bring that cortisol down and address these areas of my body that have stopped responding to basic activities when I don't have the brain room or time to do more. I guess I'm just agreeing that even good stress is stress. I'm feeling it!
Wasn’t thinking this was gonna be much of a calorie burn but it definitely was for 30 minutes. Kick my booty even with just 3 pound weights great workout.
