Terrific strength training. You certainly have taught me to use heavier weights and challenge myself! For the quarantine question, my husband and I kept our routine as same as possible. We exercised in the am, ate the same diet and played golf. Definitely helped to feel normal in these challenging times. Thanks for the workout! Love seeing Lily!
Hi Tracy awesome workout! Love the lunges, shoulder raises & bicep curls, so all of it! So yes I am type A and the quarantine was rough for me. I love a routine so the slow pace was a challenge. I loved what you said about not beating yourself up too much. My runs & your workouts gave me a break and allowed me to focus on myself. My husband and family were supportive too and my son was a trooper considering all of his changes too. Hope you're doing well and thanks for always pushing me and encouraging everyone!
Good morning!! Thank you so much for your workouts and your support. The first few weeks I was home, because my work shut down, my daughters and I did a lot of baking, but I kept up my workouts. Once the weather started to warm up though, I turned our eating habits back around again :) Feeling positive!!
Thanks Tracy, I love your strength workouts - nice and quiet with no jumping but I still feel like I've worked hard. I added 10 mins of abs on to the end of this one. I also really like the strength class style workouts, and compound for something more sweaty. I've been working out every day at home and we're still in lockdown in the UK, so your videos are a lifesaver!
Great workout, Tracy - thank you. We're in the NY metro-area; been in quarantine since March 13 and just inching toward reopening. To answer your question, I've worked out everyday since. But that had more to do with stress release than anything else. The physical benefits are amazing, yes, but I needed to do something with my anxiety. You were a bit part of my coping arsenal, so I'm sending much gratitude. And FULL DISCLOSURE - I've had ice cream everyday, too; just keeping it real. It's my trifecta: Tracy, Ben & Jerry. : )
Denver is opening back up too. When I am able to compartmentalize the stress of being in a pandemic, I have enjoyed working from home. I am so fortunate that I can fully do my job from home. I have taken the fact that I don't have a 30 minute commute each way as a reason to work out every day and cook a dinner every evening. It's just the constant snacking I need to reign in!
loved it, as always - re-wound the video for 3 more intervals for a quick cardio blast at the end, but man, I was already a sweaty lady! feeling strong. and so loved your pep talk about the path sometimes being windy. I'm a yoga teacher and i place a lot of emphasis on consistency in my practice - especially meditation - but part of my practice is also not beating myself up when i miss, or go astray. Lately, I know I need to do some deep listening and let go of some habits that are getting in the way of full wellness!!! thanks, tracy!
Good strength workout! I ran out of time to do my own cardio, and I miss that component when I don’t do it! My favourites are the combination cardio/ strength!
Excellent strength workout. Just want I needed after a long bike ride yesterday. Back to cardio tomorrow. Lockdown easing slowly here in Scotland so still at home except for a few businesses. Sunshine has helped big time and never seen so many people out exercising in this area before. Let’s hope it stays that way.
Did this during lunch. Glad this was all strength, I didn't feel like cardio today. During quarantine I ate a bit more, but I also worked out more so it kind of balanced out .
I was a bit lazy over the weekend, so thank you for getting me back on track 😉 I'm addicted to your videos and feels strangely empty if I don't workout 😄 Oh, my arms!!! Thank you Tracy ❤ 💪🔥🏋️♀️💪🔥🏋️♀️💪🔥🏋️♀️💪🔥🏋️♀️💪🔥🏋️♀️
Great workout, not easy but felt good at end. Love your helpful talk at end of workout. In quarantine I find my routine of a exercise workout in morning sets me up for the day in a positive way. Can I suggest if you could do a strength and cardio hitt workout as love the two forms together. Thanks Tracy, doing a great job !!
Total body strength are my favorites! Always! If it wasn’t for my exercise routine and nutrition I don’t know how I would cope during the quarantine. 👏
My arms felt that. Taking daily walks and joining your March Melt away got me back on track and I started that before Covid so I just continued doing it throughout Covid. I also continued to go to work so my life didn’t change too much. I still need to work on not snacking at night. Finding that 80/20 balance. It is better but it is easy to fall back into bad habits if you aren’t diligent.
Great workout Tracy. As far as habits during quarantine, my working out stayed consistent, but I definitely was drifting towards snacking out of boredom. Pretty much nipped it in the bud, but it required some discipline. It is so, so easy to slip into that bad habit!
Thanks for the workout & a great start to my Monday! My schedule/routine didn’t change much with Covid. I’m a stay at home/homeschool mom, so I am used to being home. Not being able to visit with friends was our big challenge.
great low impact easier workout after power hour, my intense yoga and then your intense cardio days. thank you! i used to be a totally hedonistic flowey type B and thought we were hard wired but after committing to yoga first in 2014, then the AIP in diet in 2017 and slowly changing in all areas if my life from flow and indulgence to routine and structure, i am now totally a happy type A and i love my routine and structure the most. transformation city that took about 6 years. so during the pandemic i am getting in better shape and health because i dedicated myself to it and the routine and boundaries have made me feel safe and balanced.
This was sooo good! I didn’t do it yesterday because I twisted my back carrying a 6 gallon box of water (note: I have a husband and 3 boys). My back feels a little better after your first block. I believe in exercise to work the kinks out. Fasciablasting usually helps too. I didn’t gain weight over the quarantine but I am up 10lbs. I gained 5 in January 2019 and 5 more January 2020. Peri menopause is real. I eat well and consistently get exercise. I’m not sure if getting back to the gym will help but I don’t give up.
Intense arm/shoulder workout!! I live in NY and we are opening up in phases but I will tell you that when we were first put on lockdown I was very upset because i spend a great deal of time at the gym. So i was like What am I going to do ?! So i quickly asked one of our fav/tough teachers from the gym if she would do sessions at the park with us several times a week and we would pay her per class and she gladly did so that was great but it was not every day and I need to move daily every day LOL I was so stubborn about trying youtube videos and the I found you !!! Quite honestly, I never missed a beat and with your workouts I am actually stronger!! Now I just have to take control of that dark chocolate !! LOL
Thank you so much Trac! That was great! I love those strength workouts. No jumping, yay! 👍🏻🙌🏼💪🏻 Also, wanted to say as per your end Of the video. Here in Ontario we are slowly opening back up. I didn’t hate the last 3 months to be honest. Mostly missed my gym and everyone who I know there. But you made it more bearable. 🤗 Oh! And I miss getting my haircut! 😆😆
Tracy, I loved this strength workout, and yes it WAS intense!! 🔥💪 Whew, I went heavy today, and my arms are super shaky right now! Especially loved the SS Chest Press, and the Seated Hammer Curls right into the 1/2 Bicep Curls! 💪🔥😍. Nice upper body pump for today 👍💖😅

Excellent! I love that schedule.

Well thank you for sharing that Sarah :) I'm glad you kept yourself a priority.

I think that was common for a lot of people. Glad to hear you are back on track toward your best healthy self!

Wonderful! Glad to hear that you're moving daily.

Haha, that's funny. Well, you're clearly burning it off too. Everything in moderation I say!
OMG @@TracySteenMoveDaily - I meant to say you were a "big" part - not "bit"!!!!
@@jenniferdembo6378 I understood :)

So true! If we let our minds wander, it can be quite anxiety producing thinking about the state of the world today.

I think we all need to do that from time to time.
Good strength workout! I ran out of time to do my own cardio, and I miss that component when I don’t do it! My favourites are the combination cardio/ strength!
Glad you joined me!

Isn't it great to see people exercising outdoors?? Here too, it was awesome to see. And I have a new cardio coming out tomorrow!
I woke up in the same mode today. I could rally for weights but not cardio. Just what I needed. Thanks!
Great job!
That was a challenging workout especially with heavier weights. Thanks Tracy xx
You're so welcome!
Did this during lunch. Glad this was all strength, I didn't feel like cardio today. During quarantine I ate a bit more, but I also worked out more so it kind of balanced out .
Yep, that sounds about right!

Thanks for sharing!! And yes, I have one coming up like that!
I loved this bicep set. Sometimes it is hard for me to isolate my biceps, but this did the trick Thanks!
Great to hear!
Total body strength are my favorites! Always! If it wasn’t for my exercise routine and nutrition I don’t know how I would cope during the quarantine. 👏
It's such a great place to release that tension. I'm so happy this is who you are now.

Yes, and this is why having that thought of moving DAILY in your fitness, wellness and nutrition is so important!
Great workout Tracy. As far as habits during quarantine, my working out stayed consistent, but I definitely was drifting towards snacking out of boredom. Pretty much nipped it in the bud, but it required some discipline. It is so, so easy to slip into that bad habit!
Thanks for sharing!! It is easy to do that.
Tracy, thank you for providing your workout layout!
You're so welcome!
Thank you... needed a weight workout today. This was perfect!
You're so welcome! I needed not to jump either. But tomorrow's workout....whoa! Hardest cardio I've done in a long time!
Tracy... I absolutely loved this one! Will definitely be doing this again! I love the variety! A little bit too f everything!
Awesome, glad you joined me!
Hey Trac! I never tire of this one!! I love it! Can you please do more like this one? With no jumping, I love those due to my crappy joints. 👍🏻💪🏻😃
More to come!
Tracy Steen yay!! 👍🏻🙌🏼🙌🏼❤️
My first workout with you. Not a second wasted, I'll be back!
That's right. We don't have time for that! lol Welcome!
Thanks for the workout & a great start to my Monday!

I know, that was really tough :(
2nd time for this. I didn't feel like cardio today, so this was perfect (and sweaty) for a lunchtime workout.
Thanks for the shout out, great workout x
You're so welcome!
Another amazing workout Tracy! Thanks so much!!!
You're so welcome!
Awesome workout! Exactly what I needed!! Love this format. More killer leg videos too!!!
Thanks Kate! Yes, more legs would be good.

It's better to transform over time, with sustainable habits in my opinion.
Love this format too!! Thank you
Awesome! Thank you!
I can totally relate sometimes cardio is just out of the question even though I was a sweaty mess after this one into strength these days
This was sooo good! I didn’t do it yesterday because I twisted my back carrying a 6 gallon box of water (note: I have a husband and 3 boys). My back feels a little better after your first block. I believe in exercise to work the kinks out.
