Tracy, I'm so sorry you're not feeling well. I hope it's nothing serious, just temporary problems, related as you say to the weather or menopause. I've been waking up with a headache for the past few days, but it goes away during training. The fear of not training must be annoying and frustrating. I feel the same! I understand You perfectly! Take care Tracy and I wish you lots of health and strength! You can do it!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed! 🤞🤞💪💪

Prayers for you, Tracy! It's the worst to not have answers and not feel well so I'm praying for clarity and wisdom for your doctors and that you are back to 100% very soon! Take care of yourself and don't worry about the workouts. You have 1000's in the vault and I personally never mind when you throw older workouts in with new; they are all fantastic! And yes, barometric pressure can wreak havoc. I have a permanent vertigo condition and it definitely messes with that in the winter.

I needed it today , I have slight cerebral palsy, and you have given me a lot of great workouts to strengthen my right side, especially because that’s where my cp is. It is very mild, but I don’t want to atrophy , so I keep at it! My son who is almost 5, joins me for a hot second sometimes 😂❤❤.

So, love lower body workouts and this one didn't disappoint. Here in upstate NY (Brantingham, NY) mother nature is on a roller coaster ride, we had such beautiful snow, and I x-country skied up to 240 miles so far, now its in the 40's rainy, the snow is gone and that's depressing to me, but I have my exercise bike and Aerobic ski machine to use for my cardio, so no worries on the cardio, just stay well!
Great sweaty one today with the short break! Hope you feel better soon I do feel the change in atmospheric pressure and our lovely low cloud in Kelowna. Never worry about not teaching or if you need a break as you have 1000’s of videos for us to choose from ❤

I'm so sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. I battled migraines for 30 years, and I learned that you can only bring what you have. Some days that was a full workout. Some days that was yoga. To this day, HIIT workouts are problematic for me because of all of that. BUT. Movement is medicine just like you said. I feel your uncertainty, particularly right now though. I busted my CMC joint permanently (the joint that connects the thumb to the wrist), and I just wanted to cry because that means I have to re-figure out what things I can and can't do and where I have to modify. I just want to do my Tracy workouts! I really hope you get this figured out. Just wanted to let you know I feel you.
I totally get what you’re talking about I had open heart surgery 12 years ago which led over time to AFib which was addressed by 2 ablations .. then atrial flutter.. now not sure.. headed for another ablation in January.. been feeling wiped out lately.. it’s kind of like working out all day long but thru all this working out.. frustrated but committed!!! Praying for patience!!

Great workout and also a great post workout conversation. I really needed to hear this because being post menopausal, I get frustrated with not being able to go at the used to. But you must remember, your workouts are tough!😊 nevertheless, it was good to hear that you have struggles as well. Sometimes, I think you're superhuman😂. I hope you're feeling better soon. But in the meantime, listen to your body and know that you have everyone's support who follows you. There are different seasons to menopause, and I think that's what you're going through right now. Hi Tracy, I'm sorry you feel the menapause symptoms. I had blood pressure fluctuation and nobody mentioned why! What I know for sure is that it will go and pass. Symptoms do show in different ways, but they will disappear. Feel better always, and happy New Year🎉
This was tough! I have adjustable dumbbells and wasn’t able to keep up during the transition time (10 sec was too quick). Good burn and heart rate was up.

Hope you are ok. I got some medical news that I am supposed to try not to over work myself and to keep my blood pressure down. It is hard to adjust when I enjoy working out hard and am used to it, but I have been making the needed adjustments.

Cardio is excellent for improving cardio respiratory health. Strength and resistance training is excellent for improving, lean muscle tissue and mitigating the loss of strength as we age. Both are important. ☺️
