The 24” version makes way less sense to me. If you’re buying a huge display you’re not picking up to take with you, and basically just sits on your desk, why not build a PC and get one of the regular kamvas. The 16” seems like something nice to take with you and continue your work wherever you need to be.

It's probably a minimalist thing where they don't want a pc cluttering up the space?

It looks good but the old CPU and the price are not matching...if it was 1000 dollars then it could be acceptable but here we are in a different territory and you can get a 4K 24 inches display tablet plus a computer instead of the Studio 24 and probably you are going be happier. When your screen and your computer are linked you cannot feel happy to start with an already old specification...Probably Huion wanted to test the market saving money on the CPU but I feel it was not a great choice... we cannot spend so much money feeling not satisfied just reading the spec...

It’s cheaper to that in America though

I think I'll go with a strong gaming laptop and a Wacom 27 pro. I need to be semi mobile, but I also want more power than this provides unfortunately. I think it's a step in the right direction for them though. Wacom hasn't updated there All in one in forever

I like where you're head is at, that setup sounds dope! The new wacom looks incredible! Yeh I think its generally a positive but risky direction for Huion.

I just wish it had a dedicated GPU, I need more power than what it's offering -_-

The Studio 16 priced fairly? I don’t think so. Huion incorporated 3 years old technology. It only has 2 ports. No sd-card slot. Samsung has just released the Book3 Pro 360. It’s got the latest hardware, lots of ports and that sd-card slot. Not to mention a way more expensive screen. Over here it’s priced €100 less and not to mention it has 1Tb of storage at that price. Let’s not even go into the s-pen and how it’s more accurate than the Huion pens. Huion is basically selling outdated technology at today’s new technology prices. Offering the 3 year old i7-1165g7 is also going to be an issue in the very near future, perhaps even right at the start. It simply can’t keep up with the newer cpu’s that offer 2-3 times the performance at the same price. This cpu is going to struggle once you start leaving apps like Photoshop and Sketchbook and start using apps like Krita, Escape Motion Rebelle, Corel Paint and beyond. That could have been avoided by adding a more up to date cpu or pairing it with a dedicated gpu. Once you start doing some serious work this cpu is going to fight the igpu. 3 years ago this might have been a fine cpu, but now it’s merely an entry level cpu that offers too little power for nowadays demands. Poor choices on Huions side, but still wanting nowadays prices for outdated hardware. Doesn’t sound too fair to me. The Kamvas 16 isn’t a premium product at all, it’s entry level hardware sold at a high end hardware price.
Let’s not even go to the Kamvas Studio 24. Who in the world is adding n entry level GTX1650 to a 2023 workstation? Poor choice, very poor choice. It’s going to be the major bottleneck in this machine. Again, nothing premium about that, but rather cheap.
Huion is now doing the same as Wacom has done for years…. selling yesterday’s technology at tomorrow’s prices. Really bad move and not a good direction to take.

I agree 100% on the use of that 11th Gen Chip... Tha'ts crazy they would ship something with a chip like that. Samsung really came out swinging this year, their value proposition is very good. While these new Huion Kamvas Studio specs are debatable I think they are introducing new technology, they added new Pen Tech 3 Plus, Multi Touch, A new slim pen and a couple or other minor things. But I don't think it may be enough to sway consumers, lets just say their value proposition isn't as good as Samsung.

@@micksee yes and on top of that, it's hard to beat the s-pen, I think it's still one of the best pens out there. Pen 3.0+ sounds interesting though and works with every tablet that uses the PW517 (yes, that includes the regular Kamvas 16 2021 even though it's not listed - support confirmed that). Curious to check it out myself to see what improved.

@@benjamina6915 I've read the S-pen is of *_consistently_* LOWER quality and performance than either Wacom, ApplePencil *_or_* Huion.

@@TheKevphil In my opinion, whoever wrote that is wrong. I've got all of them and the S-Pen performs as good as Wacom and Apple Pencil (arguably better than the Apple Pencil), it definitely performs better than any Huion pen. The S-Pen is Wacom EMS, based on the same technology as all the Wacom pens. Not sure who wrote that, but that would be the same as saying Wacom pens are bad. The S-Pen isn't Samsung technology, it's a Wacom EMS pen with some added extras by Samsung. I'll take my S-Pen any day over the Apple Pencil and a Huion pen. Huion is definitely the least performing all of all pens I own (S-Pen, Wacom EMS and AES and Apple Pencil). Huion pens are always off on and once you move away from the center, the accuracy becomes less good. None of the other pens I do own has this issue. While I do love my Kamvas 16 2021, it's the least accurate of all of them and also holding the pressure is less refined that all the others.

@@artbybenjamin I stand corrected. I really don't know anything about the "S" pen; I was thinking instead of the MS Surface "N-Trig" tech. However, I would take issue with your comments about the Wacom and AP being inferior to the Samsung pen. Such a comparison would have filtered down even to me. lol Certainly, though, Samsung ain't no slouch generally.

11th gen, ddr 4, no gpu in the 16, no 32gb option. Sigh.
