Just the fact that you honestly said you are a RUclipsr not a "filmmaker" which is over rated this days, made me push the subscribe button, nice video, great set of lenses, keep on shooting. 🎥🎬
I lived in Estonia for many many years (and hiked a lot in Finland)… and I was feeling all those mosquitoes bites in your footage. What a nightmare can be the forest-lake combination. Interesting lenses and interesting video. I haven’t decided yet what to buy, the XH2s or the XS20. My form factor “love” is the XT5 but I afraid it might be “short” for video. Yeah the mosquitoes are a pain sometimes, but thank you! Hopefully interesting in a good way! And for the camera, I’d go all out for the X-H2s. It’s still more capable then the XS20. The X-T5 sure is beautiful though, hope to get one for photography some day.
Hey, me again, so have you gotten around your 35mm yet?, I’ve been dreaming about a fast 35mm for video, don’t know if it’s just an obsession of mine since I have the XF 18-55mm f2.8 which you know is a great one all around only not fast enough at 35mm and I came about a very very budget friendly 7artisans 35mm f1.4 but of course having my hold back, I’m not sure if I should just save up an go for that 35 Nightwalker, anyway just one of those itches we get with gear. Cheers 🍻
Yeah I’ve used it in some cases. The nightwakers are really nice when shooting video and easy to use. If you want a clean look to your videos I can highly suggest the 35mm. The bokeh is nice and smooth and when you use them in darker situations you really see them shine.
I’ve been thinking about doing a more in depth look at the lenses, but haven’t gotten to it yet. If you want to see more of the lenses check Andrei Dima. He did a couple of really good videos of those lenses.
Thank you so much for your always nice replies, for taking the time, I’m gonna take a look at Anrei Dima and I guess I’ll start saving for those Nightwalkers anyway, keep on shooting my friend. Cheers 🍻 🎥🎬
Before winter you must deliver us something special with this new setup 😊😊

Thank you! I feel somewhat the same. I just want to be real and realistic. I’m not looking to be a film maker, just want to make content :)
Congrats on your birthday brother!
Nice video! The Sirui Night Walker are a great starting point when it comes to cinema lenses.
Thank you! And yeah they sure are!
And holy Hell! Just realized you’re really Andrei Dima! This made my day!
