I really want to thank you. I’m a 43 yr old woman that’s starting back driving after a bad accident 15 years ago. Your video has taught me so much. Thank you so much. I will sure come back after I pass my driving test to thank you❤
Such a wonderful presentation! Thank you so much. To someone who does not usually have the need or chance to do parallel parking, this is the easiest and most effective one to follow.
Congratulations on passing your driving test! That's a fantastic accomplishment, and we're thrilled to have been a part of your learning journey. We appreciate your kind words about our videos. Parking can be a challenging skill to master, but with practice and guidance, you'll get the hang of it. We're here to help! Remember, practice makes perfect, so keep practicing in different parking situations, such as parallel parking, perpendicular parking, and angle parking. Take your time, be patient with yourself, and don't hesitate to ask for help or seek additional resources.
Certainly! Braking techniques and turning with braking are important topics. We'll consider creating videos on these subjects in the future. Stay tuned for more helpful content!
To determine if the back of your car is aligned during parallel parking, you can use your mirrors and rearview camera (if available) to visually check the position in relation to the other parked vehicles. Additionally, you can observe the distance between your car and the curb to ensure it's parallel. Practice and experience will help you develop a better sense of when you have matched the back of the car correctly.
You can also align the back passenger door seat headrest to the parked car back light. That would be a good estimate to determine if both the back of the cars are aligned.
Hi, Jacklin thank you very much for those amazing and helpful videos. I have a question after watching and comparing this parallel parking with the other one you posted one month ago. There is a difference in the second checking point though. You are saying "the curb disappears in the right mirror" in this video, but in the other one you said "the curb disappears under the right door handle and there should be a V shape curb seen in the mirror " . Which one is more accurate then?
You're welcome! We're glad you found the demo helpful. Thank you for your kind words! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
Hi Jacqueline, Would you please do a video and videos showing, in cartoonish form, how much pressure to put on the gas peddle when you're parking between two cars and you want to move up a bit or back a bit, so that you don't end up crashing into the car in front or in back of you. Also, if you could do more foot gas peddle/break videos in general ---- very important. Thanks Jacqueline. I think you are doing a great job!

I really like the door handle being the reference point as I think the triangle method can sometimes be harder to execute (personally for me). Thanks!

How to know that we have matched the back of the car?
