I passed my road test using this strategy. I drive a 4Runner and have tried so many parallel parking strategies from YT but none of them were as helpful as this one. I no longer dread parallel parking thanks to this video. THANK YOU!!
Thank you so much. I used your technique it works really well. I passed my driving test. I have an SUV and the instructor made me the parallel park with a van. It was longer than my SUV. He commented that I did it beautifully.😁😁😁😁😁. Thank you again!!!
Wow. My driving instructor taught exactly this procedure. He told me to watch youtube vids when I forgot how to. Guess he got the parking method thru this one.
your video made a lot more sense than some of the other ones i've watched about parallel parking [in general]. thanks for this. i was having anxiety about going to a big city to see a concert on sunday. i'll make sure to practice some parallel parking in my gmc yukon tomorrow.
Thank You Helpful DIY for all your videos been very helpful. I enjoy watching more of your parking videos. That’s my overall weakness. Thank You and keep up the good work.👍
I failed my road test twice because I couldn't parallel park my SUV. Tried different strategies from RUclips videos to no avail. Hopefully this will work!
Hey thanks for making this video, I am going for my test in 3 days and am taking my mom’s SUV for it. The other videos I watched all were more so about cars so it didn’t help out. Hopefully I’ll pass
Hi I found your video very helpful but I had difficulty in understanding 45 degree angle with centre of wind shield can you make a video on SUV and add arrow to show how to calculate 45 degree angle thanks again for wonderful videos
@@vnvivid Not for me at least. 1st test i failed. It really depends on what kind of car your instructor has you park behind. My guy picked a tiny car so i couldnt get the lineup i needed. I would suggest alternate marking points if you cant use what this video said. Cancel Reply
Not sure if this info is too late but a good way to make sure you're close enough to the curb but not too close and not too far is by looking at your right side mirror you should see a triangle formed try to get it down to tiny equilateral triangle then you can turn your wheels all the way to your left and let reverse into the car parallel to the curb. Also on the test you're allowed to lean your head closer to the right and up abit so you can see if your getting too close to the curb if you are then just brake set the car to drive turn your wheel all the way to the right ease off the brake slowly until you can see the curb parallel to the car then brake fix the wheel back to center put the car into park and done.

How can you tell when the center of your rear tires are in line with the other car's bumper?
You are awesome, dude.

i like the way say because i failed that part of the test plus that was the first thing they had me do is the parallel
Man thanks for this!!!!
Thank you so much, my first car is an SUV and it's massive I hate it. Parallel is so anny😭
How are you supposed to be able to see if the center of your rear tire is lined up with the bumper of the other car?
Hi I put sticker inside my car where centre of my back tire is
god I hope this works, everytime i try it i either bump the curb or am too far away. Hopefully this will work on my test tomorrow
Did it work?

“An” SUV?
A RUclips Channel with no name English is weird
Just say " a SUV" and see how god forbidden horrible that sounds
SUV is an acronym. An acronym should always have the article “an”.
@@Sheeba03 No it shouldn't lmao
It's simply that the "S" is pronounced "eS" and you put "an" before any vowel
