- Stair exercises can be a great way to get a high-intensity workout in a short period of time. These exercises range from beginner to advanced. I hope these are helpful for your workouts!

Steps are such a great form of exercise. I have been running steps for nearly 30 years and wouldn't be without them. I train on a long set of steps and the effect I get on the quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes feels so much more than normal running.
Seriously the best drills i have seen even did stair drills a couple of years i couldn't imagine these combinations thank you

Thanks for showing the jump squats and kareos. One word of advice to viewers: It's easier to go full speed if every second step is relatively wide. The reason is that when going really fast, the stairs start to get blurry, which doesn't happen if every second step is wide.

These are awesome bro. I normally just do stair runs and supplement my upper body by doing crawls up and down the stairs with push-ups every now and then. I saw a video of one of my favourite boxers doing it. It's a pretty good pump and I find it gives me great strength gains for a simple upper body workout.
It would be cool if you also did a video on box jumps or skipping.

1) How will these movements affect the knee; on a longer term basis ?
2) Should we push off - from front of feet or heel of feet.
3) Which muscles should we be concentrating on - gluteus or quads. (I know both are important).
How about middle-aged persons trying these exercises ? How about oldies already having some knee problems ?
