Thanks for leaving the old commercials brings back memories, was cool seeing Wilson with that piece he had. And just listen to those cars, that's naturally aspirated 750hp no restrictor plates, just pure power and beauty and actual men driving them, not the cookie cutter cold fish no personality drivers of today.
You are welcome for the commercials. And I know EXACTLY what you mean about the normally aspirated cars not being deprived of air and fuel . The sound of a 15 car train going down the back stretch of Daytime or Talladega is fabulous.

This is TRUE NASCAR! So much power, they are not "foot to the floor" all the way down the straights, unlike restriction plate racing...otherwise they would blow the motor. They have to use the power and not abuse the power. True driving skill. Knowing the limits of the tires, the brakes, the suspension, the engine, and keeping it all together for one race. No..the cars today are just plain pathetic 550hp shit cars. Billl had the field covered even against the aero dynamic band aid gm cars but since he blew. I'm so glad bobie took ol Earnhardt ass to school on that last lap
Worth saving for the drivers that were in the race, anyone remember the Harry Gant Grove? Any closer to the wall and he would have ground the right side off of his car.
Well the pace car we understand has been stolen the uh official they’re not driving this thing and hehe somebody’s actually got in the pace car and stole it there are at least two policemen on motorcycles plus this car who are pursuing the pace car right now and up till now the pace car has not been caught.

Went to test ride a scooter in Birmingham an wound up at the track somehow an got in without tickets.he ditched the bike an stole the pace car
The quality was related to tracking when the original recording was made and the VCR it was made on. Nothing could be done in the conversion to digital would correct that. The obvious question is "if it bothered you that much why did you watch it?"
I dunno what video u were watching. U may want to check the hardware that u used to watch this video. Perfectly smooth all the way through the race for me.

The starting grid music, sounds like Dire Straits "Walk of life."
Sure does bud
Almost sounds like The Shadows version.

I don’t watch racing anymore because guys aren’t racing.
They sure look like "guys" to me. Why are you so obsessed with the fact they aren't "guys"? Sounds like you have some unresolved issues
I will say it's a very nice Pontiac pace car
Worth saving for the drivers that were in the race, anyone remember the Harry Gant Grove? Any closer to the wall and he would have ground the right side off of his car.
I remember him doing that at dover he probably ran 50miles farther than anyone else an always came out up front in the end

I didn't. I lasted 40 laps or so.The color was so good on it,I hoped it would improve.
Not sure what you were watching, because it evidently wasn't this. For a VHS Tape conversion from the 1980s, this was pretty dang good.
