Ned Jarrett calling his son home is among the greatest calls in all of sports.
So true!
yet, still did it with class.
Not normally a nascar fan but I can appreciate whenever a series gives a gift to its fans like this

4:30 RIP Ken Squier 😢
1993. One of my favourite Daytona 500 of all time apart from many others.
No matter who you pull for you can't dislike DJ!!! Ole Ned and Martha made me shed a few tears!!! Can't imagine how proud they were!!
I agree!!
Dale and Dale battled for the victory in 93
Wow, what a great great finish. Ned called his son to finish is just a classic. And watching the reaction from his mom, that's heart warming.
That backstretch walk with that high AF banking in the background has an almost holy aura.
What did it for me was walking through the tunnel to the infield after watching on TV for 20 years. Felt like walking on sacred ground.
HUGE respect to Kulwicky's gas man. 👏👏
Kyle petty wasnt a spoiled rich kid
This event happend 3 months before I was born 😮😮. But I love it ❤❤❤
Here after watching the 21 today. Now I gotta see the last generation version.
Really dig this channel.
2:27:38 1990's track safety crew " You all right in there honey?
Earnhardt's handling just had to go away on those old tires in the final 10 laps. They said his car was tight on entry and loose on exit.
I thought he had this one.

The new show on Peacock called Ted takes place in the year 1993
🏁Remember this race like it was yesterday!🏁 Where does the the time go??
I was just 5 days old when this race happened
Dale Jarrett's green car will always confused me with Bobby Labonte's green car
Ken Squier, Neil Bonnett and Ned Jarrett are worlds better than Bowyer and Harvick.
The 93 and 01 500 was the two best as far as racing goes. Sadly 01 was 10 seconds away from being the nest ever ehen the eorst happened.
Kyle Petty had a car that could have won that day. It was fast enough.
it's 2024 and Jimmy Means is still paying off the 2nd mortgage on his house the '93 Speedweeks cost him.
Damn I miss CBS doing the broadcast.
NASCAR on CBS: 1979 - 2000
why ain't there no all female pit crews
Somethings wrong with Kyle Petty.😧
He's running up front.
