I did Embark, Ignite, and now I'm here! I've practiced Vipassana meditation almost daily for a year and a half now, but always had trouble being mindful during intense physical activity. You and Bre's classes have helped so much with that. I fell during warrior 3 and dolphin pose, but instead of being negative towards myself and being upset, I just laughed and had fun! Plus, my back has never felt better. I spent years in the Marines and was huge on weight lifting for a while, but always had terrible back pain every day. Now, it's barely even there. Thank you both so much for putting out this free content!
Thank you. I found the beginning pose (one leg dog with holding leg) to be too difficult without some easier poses first, so I paused and did my own mini-warmup, then I was mostly able to complete. I did have trouble with the transitioning to side plank but I will practice. I did my first wild thing today, Id never heard it explained so clearly before, and It made my day to do it! Your verbal cues are on point also. Namaste.

I am very thankful for your relaxing way of doing even the hard exhausting poses. Also very nice that you left out any music in your video here. I love the silence instead of distracting myself with music while doing yoga.
i struggled so much with a lot of the balance poses since you did a lot of poses with a vinyasa ive never done in the close to two years of yoga ive been doing. i loved every painful, hard second though. Just showed me that my body is also in tune of how ive been feeling with life and that is: i need more balance. To also push my self and my practice more. Thank you!

I love the cue to wash your hands before nadi shodhana, I haven't been teaching it because I didn't want people touching their face. But since we are home, we have access to our sinks, and voila! Thank you
I started practicing this week. I'm not flexible at all so most poses are really difficult to keep, not so much for the strength, but for the flexibility, but hopefully I will improve. Thank you :)
