This is exactly what I needed to hear too! I came to the mat with a lot of BS in my head and needed that mental and physical kick! It also made me laugh because it was real. I might have to put this line on my desk! :)
I did this amazing class on a dock by a beautiful lake. As I was holding chaturanga, I glanced up - and an otter was swimming by!

Someone can dislike something and not just be a fat loser. I feel I can do all these poses but his particular presentation is difficult for me to follow and be Peaceful through.
I've done this routine probably around 20 times by now and finally I can do it without taking any rest 😄😄

Legit lol’d when you called out plank being a resting pose. At that point it was so true, however I was too busy dripping sweat to notice until you said something. Appreciate you bringing that shift in perspective to our attention! As always, wonderful classes :)
I also had a chuckle to myself, because it genuinely did feel like a rest at that point haha
I literally cried at the end of this practice when Flow said to trust in your body’s healing ability. I have been struggling with pain for a while and started to feel my body is turning against me. Yoga helps me to have a better relationship with myself. Thanks for the video!
Crying is a beautiful release and helps aid in the body's ability to heal. I cry a ton during Yoga ;)

What i like about Flo is that he has the attitude of a real man. No reason why a man cant be gentle compassionate and peaceful. But there are all these yogis that are overly emotional. Straight, to the point. Sometimes we go hard, sometimes we relax. No shame or pride in either. It is just life. Thank you Flo 💚👍🏻
Intermediate asanas, but this practice requires strength-both already developed and on the day itself! I fell out a few times and couldn't stay for a single "one and a half" counts. Flo's motivation and cues in this one really carried me through to the end. When he says to stop listening to the BS in your head, it truly becomes a mind body practice. I feel everyone will notice a change after he says that. I'll be coming back to this one often. Thanks Flo.

Just another person here adding my “thank you” to the list of many. In the past month, I’ve spent most mornings doing one of your classes. The changes in my body, but the real change is the one happening in my mind. Your short meditations at the end, your constant focus on the breathe - these things are helping me recognise my negative thoughts and respond with kindness.

I started this class & within the first five minutes said “i can’t do it, it’s too hard for me. ill do an easier class.” I saw a comment which mentioned you saying not to listen to the BS in your mind. So I continued, and finished the class. I surprised myself too, my arms were strong enough to do most of it. The words you spoke at the end spoke to me as well. Thank you🙏 You continue to be my favorite yoga teacher on RUclips & I’m so grateful to have found you.

Whew! Started the day off with the Express 17 min before work, then did Embark day 3 with my girlfriend when she got off (I'm doing the first week with her to help with questions, then set her on doing it a few more weeks until it's easy). Then when I got home decided what the heck, I'll do the new upload. No pauses... but I think tomorrow will be a rest day haha.

Dayum, I'm impressed.
I am pretty strong and used to workout a lot from CrossFit/ powerlifting and martial arts and I can say that these workout are are a powerfully weapon for health.
Less easy than all the yoga bullshit I've tried.

That bridge pose when you were talking about it being our meditation..or something like yoga is life and life is yoga.I was literally shaking and dripping sweat and just wanted it to end..but reached into the depths of resilience I know I have from life experience and managed to hold on..feeling great now thanks..and yeah if you want strong, and you get strong then be strong..mind and body united! Honestly, I can‘t thank you enough. Been following your vids since Christmas last year. Not only was I able to finally fix my back pain (hernia plus surgery in 2014), I never felt so good in my body before and I‘ve never been more flexible. I am even able to go back to regular jogging, which I couldn‘t do for the past 6 years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for bringing back trust and joy in my body.
