That transition to half-split was so elegant and new! And those final 10 seconds with the knee lifted were arguably the longest 10 seconds of my life haha! Amazing practice for some active recovery, many blessings and see you soon!
Came to write the exact same thing:)
Me too - never knew my butt could burn so much… lol
That knee lift had me shaking 😂
💯 %this
just the type of 10 seconds I needed ❤
Very lovely to see some longer videos here again ! Thank you for sharing this practice with us for free. 💕
Thank you for making time to practice!! And real longer classes (60 minutes plus) here: practice.breatheandflow.yoga/
I just wanted to say that I have been on the mat with you guys since the moment Covid hit, that is, since the beginning of 2020. And since then you have been in my room almost every day. I am very grateful that you exist and I am glad that I found you then. You helped me and are still helping me to cope with the difficulties of life and breathe deeply. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!
SAME
I am almost 73 and I love many of your videos, Flo! I change the playback speed to slow it down to .75 and they are just perfect for me! This one is my new favorite for the morning… I thank you for all of them that I have loved and play repeatedly! Certainly some of them are a little bit much for me, but they always inspire me to try and I love the inspiration! Many blessings
This is such a perfect blend of work and rest for a quick midweek session. Will be revisiting this many times! Thank you for sharing this practice.
This is a brilliant sequence. Perfect for a rest day between training sessions and a great Barcelona between challenging and restful stretch. Thank you!
This is the best yoga lesson I’ve done so far
Thank you guys! I started doing yoga during quarantine with your videos! I haven’t done yoga in a while and i was happy to see that you guys have 4 million followers. Please don’t stop posting. Thank you so much!
Just a great flow to start the day. It simply helps me to mobilise and awake may body releasing the muscles for the work to come
Right on cue! Perfect timing for a session this evening. Thank you guys 🙏✨
This was perfect, I love alternating between these videos and higher intensity workouts, they complement each other so well!
Love this one! Very smooth and super interesting transitions. Can't think of a better start of the week 🎉
This man never misses! Another banger with two new fire components. Loved it! Namaste
One of the best you have ever posted and that’s saying something! I agree, the transitions were surprising and wonderful. With gratitude,
Just started following your guys’ channel a few months ago and I now direct everyone I know to your guys’ channel! You guys are amazing, thank you 🙏🏽
This is my new favorite recovery day practice. Thank you! ❤
COnfession: neither athlete nor really a beginner, yet, this sequence was just right intensity for me. It felt good to do those waving stretches with the arms back and forth. the 90-90 knee lifting exercise was new for me and the last few seconds challenging (appropriately so) but was nice to hear they were so for you too ;-)
Your thank-you in the end, to us, for practicing with you, feels genuine and authentic, indicating for me the deeper effect yoga has on you (and, as a teacher for over 30 years myself, i appreciate this attitude). Namaste.
Beautiful morning movement ✨️
Thank you for sharing 🌸
Very uplifting. Feel so satisfied right after the practice. Thank you Flo🙏
Wow, this routine was so helpful for everything and in particular my hips with the last exercice. Bless you Flo!
Flo, you saved my life (again), with this class. Like Bre has also done many times. After this class I ended up practically flying, and I was able to do the most beautiful meditation after this, and I am eager to do this same class again at night. Thanks.
Thank you for sharing with us your practice. With peace!
Thank you - just what I need after a tough work week at my desk!
Simply loved this, I didn’t use this session immediately as it said it was for beginners, and I’ve been following you for almost 2yrs now. It was just the thing for my hips because of my running, thank goodness you put ‘athletes’ in the sentence too. I will definitely use this more often during the week, much love to you, Namaste ❤
I loved this! As a beginner some of it was quite tough but I enjoyed the flows. Just what I needed for a Monday morning 💜
Thank you for this practice today!
Wonderful! Wunderbar! Thank you! Namaste!
This was perfect! Depth and strength combined into a wakeup call - sometimes I forget I do these daily and how special it is to have that.. I literally forgot that today
Thank you! I've been doing yoga with you for cooldowns this week, and I'm now loyally coming exclusively to your channel! ❤
I'm a beginner yogi and I absolutely love your videos! Your channel offers such a wide variety and it's exciting to learn.
I practiced it this morning and it felt very good. Thank you so much 🙏
This one was a good challenge. I’ve been doing it for about two weeks now and it’s great. Thank you for such valuable content and such good meaning also.
Such a perfect flow. Grateful for you both. Namaste 🙏
This video has really helped me with some knee, hip, and back pain I’ve been experiencing lately! Highly recommend for jiu jitsu athletes or people who are struggling with past leg injuries! Namaste and Thank you!
I literally use your classes on my recovery days so this was perfect and not to difficult cuz I be a lil sore lol. 🤝🏾
Much love and gratitude, namaste
Haha only on this channel would some of those poses and transitions be included in a 'beginner' class. Great, as always.
Thank you for the amazing class❤
Thank you so much Bro Flo for this amazing practice! As I am recovering from a long layoff due to illness & injury, this was exactly the kind of practice I was looking for. 🖤💪🏻👌🏻🙏🏻😇
Thanks!
This was the perfect yoga session for me! I would classify myself as an intermediate beginner, proper intensity without it being something I couldnt handle!!

Did this after doing a heavy leg and back and it healed me from any stiffness
This was great. Thanks flow.

Love this video ❤. Not able to lift the knees yet but... In time 😊
This is one of the most inspirational and creative flows I have ever done. Felt like Tai Chi at times. 🙏🏼❤️
Well it’s yoga and all rivers flow to the same sea 🙏🏽
It was very nice to do with the hip exercises and the rising sun, as soon I saw it I saved it for later
Thanks Tim. Enjoyed the creative flow in the beginning & a very different hip opening sequence at the end on the front of the body.
The practice was most interesting to me will visit it many times over. Blessings. ❤👍👏

I'm always blown away by how imaginative and creative your flows are. This was so fun and effective - the knee raises were so tough. Thank you for all of your hard work preparing these practices, I've followed for 4+ years now and always look forward to your videos. Have an amazing day!
Thank you so much for the kind words and for your consistency ❤️ So glad you’ve been around pretty much since the beginning 🙏🏽
