I did your exercises while pregnant and I’m SO glad I did because now that I’m not pregnant the baby weight ain’t weighing me down no more and I feel like I can do your workouts SO much faster and with more energy now !!
Completed week 1! 🎉 thank you so much for everything you do for us! 15 months postpartum and trying for baby #2! Feeling beautiful and strong! I did all three postpartum challenges back-to-back, and I am converted, I feel weird now if I don’t work out every day. I love the variety of times and styles, the modifications, and the love and kindness you bring to each video. I am so excited to try out the pregnancy workouts 😊 ❤ thank you!
Challenge completed! This series was awesome, I will repeat it next week and probably a few more times. Today's yoga session was perfect for noticing the core strength built over this week, and it was nice to have a slower pace and restorative poses to end the challenge. Thank you so much!
When I was 13 wks pregnant, I started doing the pregnancy exercises. Jessica kept me strong during pregnancy and I had a positive birth experience (natural birth with no drugs!). I started doing the advanced post partum workouts a bit earlier than recommended because I felt ready. I've already lost all the pregnancy weight and I'm getting stronger every day! Jessica, I'm so glad to have found your workouts and I look forward to continuing to exercise with you! ❤
It took a bit more than a week but week one is done! I’m actually excited to do day one again tomorrow! Something I wasn’t expecting this week was the improvement in flexibility, my toddler recently weaned and I felt that drop in relaxin within just a few days, I was so stiff and lost all my flexibility. This has definitely helped me get closer to where I was and I’ve had zero back pain this week which is amazing!
I have just finished this workout and I'm truly happy and proud, it was difficult for me and hard to enjoy the cardio and squats part (I am clearly a yogi at heart, this last day has been a blessing haha). But clearly will come to do it regularly as I think is a great complement to my yoga routines. Thank you for your videos, I discovered you during my pregnancy and I am a big fan. ❤
Hi! I'm at the beginning of my second tremester. I started with one video of yours today; it was awsome. But, my problem is that i dont know how much to practice, how many times a day and a week? When is it better to exercise? .... Please, can you clarify things for me .
Congratulations on your pregnancy! The general guidelines for pregnancy is 30 minutes 5 x per week of a combination of strength, cardio, stretching. However, it will depend on what your current level of fitness, how you are feeling and how much time you have. Start with a schedule and that works for you and stick with it or if your goal is to increase add a little more time each week. 💞
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV Thank you so much for your answer. I just want to aknowledge you that this is my second pregnancy. I gave birth 3 years ago. It was c-section,; I had no problem at all, but because I had no pain they did me the c-section (I didn't accept it all) . I saw you & i ll follow your exercises wishing that this time I have normal delivery. But, are they suitable even for those who had c-section? Thanks a lot for your efforts. You are doing such a great beneficial thing for women
Looking for advice regarding overall DR &pelvic floor rehab. Ive been doing postpartum physio for a few months before moving on to ur workouts. Currently doing the monthly challenge n my concern is i feel like my belly is just getting less flat- more bulging😒 not sure what im doing wrong. Dont seem to be doming, my DR gap has improved n The muscles feel firmer than they have for awhile but overall belly is still squishy no matter what I do. Its been over 4 yrs since my last baby
