Thank you! I loved how you combines whole body movements and stretches: us breastfeeding mom's typically complain about shoulder and neck pain, but the truth is that we sit around all day long nursing that we forget how stiff our hips and legs have become.
I usually never stick with workout videos on RUclips, but I have done this video every day this week. My neck and back feel so much better that I actually want to do the exercise.
I am 1 month pp .. i feel i really need this .. i will try .... inhave never been doing any exercise consistently in my life time .. god give me determination
4 weeks post partum now and that was my first yoga session. It was great! I feel amazing. I did a lot of your workouts and yoga-classes through my whole pregnancy and had a natural birth without any complications. Thank you!
Just came here to say you did so much for me while pregnant. Not only easing pain but calming my mind. And now you’re helping me so much postpartum. I do your yoga videos every night once the baby is down for the evening! You are amazing! God bless you!!!
Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I have done your prenatal and postpartum exercises. I feel so much better after. Now that I have a 20lb baby I find myself doing more strengthening exercises. 😅 Thank you for helping so many mamas 😊❤
I started doing your prenatal workouts and yoga routines in my first trimester and did them until a day before labour started. And now you keep on helping me deal with the back pain from breastfeeding. Thank you so much!
You rescued my morning while baby sleeping ❤ thank you sooo much for your amazing job. You supported me through my whole pregnancy and now postpartum Heidi 🇩🇪 for three years in the 🇺🇸
I did it one month postpartum for a good two weeks and then had to stop due to a surgery. This is the first time back and man I didn't realize how stiff I had gotten from not doing it for a couple weeks. My body thanks you. :)
Thank you Jessica. 17 weeks postpartum and did not realize how much tension Id built up. This really helped me stretch and in really gentle but effective ways.
This is so good! I'm not breastfeeding any more but my back hurts from carying my 10kg 1 y/o around. This is the second day in a raw with these excercises and it feels great! I hope to be able to do it at least every other day. Thank you so much Jessica!
I hear you!! My 6 month old is 10kg and I’m only a petite 50kg 😅 Love Jess’ yoga series. I came across her at the start of my second pregnancy and have loved the classes ❤️
This was the first workout of yours that I did postpartum. About 36h after delivering, back was really starting to spasm up trying to stay on top of breastfeeding and this felt so amazing, thank you 🙏
I’m Im 4 months postpartum and my shoulders and back hurt. I never thought it could be because of breastfeeding. I’ve been doing pilates and it’s not getting any better. I’ll try this today. 😊
This is my next workout for sure! It's like you can read our minds! Just looking at the thumbnail and I'm like yes please, my back needs that! Baba is 3 months, breastfeeding!
Hi Jessica. I’m 37 weeks pregnant. I love your videos and I really appreciate them! I was wondering how soon it’s ok to start the postpartum videos after I have the baby. Thank you 😊
This is awesome!! It has all the exercises my pelvic floor physio recommend me. It says a lot about your knowledge about postpartum, I trust you now! Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👏🥰
I had followed your yoga and Pilates exercise during out my pregnancy.l Had my baby in just four hours. Thank you for creating such an easy and helpful exercises for mom.
This felt amazing!!! I am 11 weeks postpartum and haven't done any sort of exercise besides walking since giving birth. My body needed this so badly and I didn't even realize it. I wish I had started sooner! Thank you! :)
Thank you so much for sharing this with us🙏 I felt my body “wake up” after just one practice. So much so that I decided to jump back into my ashtanga surya namaskar (big mistake 😅) and got me a few days of breast inflammation) now back to this wonderful set of yours and my whole being is laughing and singing🙏 thank you!
Thank you! This was my first workout at 8 weeks pp after a c-section and it felt great. I was doing your videos throughout my pregnancy and it feels like a real milestone in my recovery to be back on here again.
' and namaste to the babies' makes me laugh (in a good way) every night that I do this routine, it's such a lovely thing to say and I'm not sure why I laugh, but it's nice to end the practice smiling.
Love this class so much and it hits the spot as I am a breastfeeding mum with lots of back and neck pain, however I only managed to do a complete one twice as my 3 months old is not giving me the time, would be SUPER to have a 15 min class similar to this one ?? ❤❤❤
3 weeks postpartum and this felt amazing! Such a good re-entry to yoga after baby and so nice to stretch with all the hunching, slouching, and weird positions that motherhood finds me in!
Thank you Jessica. This was just what I needed after a long weekend with a sick 2.5 year old and nursing my 3 month old. Such a great stretch and my neck feels much better. Namaste.
Much needed streeetch! Okay, I have to admit I took a pause on working out after that challenge... I tried the latest video you posted but i dont think my body is ready yet...

Hi Jessica i absolutely love doing yoga sessions with you. It has helped me so much during and after My pregnancy. I’m 14 weeks pp via C-section. I would like to request from you a relaxing yoga session for feel good stretches for mind body and soul. Just for a day for stretching out the whole body and quieting your mind
Thank You for this lovely flow workout. Pls Can you make a low intensity routine for tightening chest muscles post the breastfeeding journey maybe with light weight dumbbells.
This was just what I needed today. I’m postpartum one year and still breastfeeding. I was just feeling really tight and sore in my neck and shoulders and this really helped me loosen up and relax. Thank you!
I think need this exercise ❤❤ its my 5th giving birth. I feel so much body pain. Maybe causes my age, i'm 35yo, make it slow body recovery. Thanks for this video ❤❤❤
I'm not a sedentary person by any means...but being forced to take more rest after giving birth has been difficult for me- especially with breastfeeding there is a lot of pressure on your neck and back. I did this workout about 5 days after giving birth and whoa! What a relief as I feel the tension melting off my back and neck. I still do it now to help with tension caused by breastfeeding. Highly recommend and love Jessica!
Looks good. Can't wait to start on some yoga and pilates practices. Just had my baby four days ago, so I can't for a few weeks. I know you like birthing stories. Mine is a little crazy. First baby was a C-section and I planned on a VBAC. This pregnancy I followed your videos, preparing for a successful vaginal delivery. I went into labor with my first on due date. We all assumed this one would be the same or close. At my checkup, clocking in at 38 weeks and 4 days, they said their was a complication and wanted to induce no later than 39 weeks. Welp, a few hours later I started having contractions, tried doing as much laboring at home, but they came on strong and getting crazy close together. After 45 minutes, water exploded like a balloon. We hurried trying to get everything together to head for the hospital, calling grandparents to see how far they were from picking up my daughter, etc. Next thing I knew I was on all fours pushing uncontrollably, feeling my cervix opening, told husband to call 911. Ambulance arrived shortly after my parents, neighbors are all freaking out. As soon as they loaded me into the ambulance, I felt baby coming and he slid right out. Shocked the heck out of the EMTs. So I had a very successful all natural VBAC home birth thanks to you. My husband told me next time I should lay off on the prenatal yoga just a bit. Start to finish was an hour and a half. No time to properly count contractions or get to the hospital. Baby came out perfect. I'm healing well. Thanks lady, your tips definitely helped me get through that experience.
Whaaoooooaaaa!!! What a birth story!!! So incredible!! So happy baby is here safe… must have been scary happening all so quickly! you are a superhero mom for sure!! ❤️❤️❤️
