Truly took the words out of my mouth at 3:50. As I was watching I thought, "It's like watching truly gifted musicians who have never played together before. They exchange a few key words, and just blend". It's the same with this car. Truly pros playing the part, and a harmonious piece comes out. And the sound of that exhaust - if that doesn't say HORNET nothing does. Thank you as always ~ Chuck

It's coming along pretty good - Chuck, if you had a favorite aspect of this build, what would it be?

@@drivebigmuscle8080 That is a tough question but I'll try this way. I'm a V8 guy, the bigger, the better. BUT - I also remember the dark days and the glimmer of hope that came with cars like Shelby turned out from Chrysler. They were the spiritual successors to the Road Runner in many ways. Affordable, quick, modifiable, etc. They even returned decent fuel economy and were at their heart - practical. I keep seeing these same traits in the Hornet and this build. Start with a fun, practical, daily driver, spice it up, and have a weekend warrior too. Does that make sense? And I have to add - just watching these craftsman do their work - that's educational and enjoyable. Thank you as always ~ Chuck

I did the same thing with the exhaust shop I went to. Here's the muffler and tip, I want it side exit and done in stainless. Then let them do the rest... you can't squash creativity. They did such a great job, when a year later I lowered my truck there's zero clearance and scrape issues.

This was a case where you leave the experts alone and let them do their thing!

I love my dodge Hornet! It does make me upset that Direct Connection hasn’t come out yet for the hornet.

Whyyyyyyy do people square off bumper cutouts for exhaust??? Round it so it fits with the tips.
That squared off crap looks like a total hack job.
Hopefully they end up putting a rear diffuser on that covers that squared junk up.
