- FINALLY I HAVE FIXED MY ANDROID RADIO BY DOING THE FIRMWARE UPGRADE. YOU HAVE TO:
1. DOWNLOAD THE FIRMWARE FOR YOUR ANDROID HEAD UNIT
2. UNZIP IT AND COPY TO PENDRIVE( FORMATTED TO FAT32)
3. PLUG IN INTO USB CABLE SLOT ON YOUR ANDROID
4. ANDROID WILL AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE IT

I updated my android radio to have the boot logos and i lost apple carplay, this was three weeks ago, i bought a carlinkt dongle but it didnt work so i returned it. But i updated it with the firmware that you put in the link and i got carplay back! Very thankfull to you!

At first i thought it was not working but then i found out that my procedure is wrong. I unzip the file on my laptop and copy it to my flashdrive, it didn't work.. However i tried to unzip it to the flashdrive and after unzipping i connect it to USB slot then it automatically update.
I had a problem with backcamera, after update you provide problem solved ! Also i get android 12 instead of 11! Thank you so much!😃

Me funcionó, pero realmente no se que pasó. descargue el firmware que dejaste en comentarios, lo copie en un pendrive formateado fat32. luego fui a la radio puse el pendrive en el USB, y prendi la radio y quedó pegado en el logo android. alrededor de 2 minutos .
luego como vi que no funcionaba saque el pendrive y fui a buscar otro metrodo, cuando volvi al auto resulta que la radio estaba funcionando . como? no tengo idea que pasó. pero funciono.

Does this work with any head unit or it has to be specific Model?
Do you know why your settings say you’ve got Android 13 installed, yet after the firmware update your boot screen says Android 12?

@@2611cris1 deben descargar andorid auto desde la web y luego crear el usb booteable y poner android auto en la usb para poder ejecutar directamente en auto y hacer la reinstalacion. es igual que formatear un computador e instalar sistema operativo de 0

Hola alguien me puede dar la solución a ese mismo problema ya he intentado de muchas maneras reiniciar apagándolo Y no funciona no pasa de reinicio de pantalla

I don't know where you can find genuine software. Get that one from the comments. There is a link. I used that link and it worked for me
