I have a problem with microfon in this radio. The sound for other is bad. I have bought new external microphone. Do I need turn on external mic in settings or only plug into 3,5mm ? Asking because after plug ext mic sound for others are bad still.

Everything worked fine for the first week, but then problems started occurring. The screen keeps turning on and off, and functions such as volume control and music playback don't work. The steering wheel controls are unresponsive and sluggish, and the screen behaves erratically. I'm not sure why this is happening. What should I do in this case?

Hi, could rear camera connection be linked to speakers anyhow? I figured out recently that after I installed rear camera, front door left speaker and tweeter have no sound anymore. Right side is ok. Any idea what to check here?

@@topnavi Found a problem - One white wire from jack was going out by itself, somehow unstable and that was the problem. Fixed by new jack/cables

Stiti cumva de ce nu apare in factory settings iconita cu volume? Se aude foarte incet chiar si cu volumul la maxim. Ar trebui sa fie o amplificare in plus din soft….
Daca nu găsești in Factory acea setarea înseamnă ca pentru tableta ta nu se poate face aceasta setare, probabil nu are dsp și este mai slăbuță la puterea de ieșire a sunetului
@@topnavi salut, este o alta aplicatie pe care o pot instala pt DSP ? imi face numai probleme , cand se aude bine cand se aude rau, cand pe o parte cand pe alta, cand dau force stop la aplicatie merge bine .

Hi i got a jansun android 12 fitted today and the auto electrician can't get the reversing camera to work at first It was all hazy pictures and all it is now is the parking lines and it's asking for a code , tried the 8888 amd and 8878 code but still can't get a picture , the guy even tried different cameras amd still doing the same . Any help would be much appreciated

Noi comercializăm doar navigații junsun, pentru alți producători nu te pot ajuta cu informații 😁 pentru ca nu am utilizat

@@topnavi in cele din urma am reusit sa accesez factory si sa pun logo cu password ul 8888, insa cand dau la resetare si introduc 8888 nu merge, nu se intampla absolut nimic

Buna, de cind am instalat junsun 4-64 gb nu-mi mai functioneaza partea frontala a radioului in rest totul funcioneaza. Panoul nu lumineaza si nici nu raspunde de parca nu are alimentare desi am verificat de nenumarate ori. Stiti ce as putea face?
Theres a 2wired connector in the junsun-cable. I think Red/orange. Is it connected?

@@Nuxx1881 When I connect the plug in the car and with the new radio system, there are 3 black, blue and red wires, only the red one coming out of the new junsun panel is not connected to anything, it is cut at the end. I asked the people I bought from and they said that this red cable is when I connect manually. I would try to connect it together with another cable, but I don't know which one.

Am verificat conexiunile si sunt ok. La inceput mi'a mers pentru jumate de ora front camera, dupa aceea s'a schimbat ceva si nu a mai mers. Nu stiu ce. Am schimbat pe cvbs, 720p-30, toate optiunile si tot nu merge. Ce poate fi?

@@jordisumi9270 I fix that. Orange wire need to be connected on car light wire. Check car side connector. When you turn on the lights on the car, you need to get voltage on one wire in the connector. Connect an orange radio wire to that wire

Hi, the head unit keep draining the car battery. Online some people show you need to switch something in "engineering test debugging"- mode. Should be under factory settings, but can't find it with this unit. Can you help?
Nope, our head units never drain battery, all have canbus decoder
Settings-> custom settings->sleep Mode-> off! You do not need engineering test debugging for that.
