- All right team it's TABATA time. It has been a minute since I've posted a good and sweaty Tabata session so here we go! this is a killer no equipment Tabata - three different circuits today and four rounds of each!! It's going to get good and sweaty. Remember, if you're using this workout on its own make sure you spend a little bit of time warming up those muscles before diving in otherwise this is a really great way to add some intensity to the end of any of your other workouts. Hey Heather, your videos are killer. My wife and I love them for over a year now doing them almost daily.
We were wondering if you could make a video by suggestion. We dont have any bands or large weights so a lot of the glute videos are hard to get as much from. We would love a 30 min no repeat glute video of only exercises on the ground (donkey, rear lift, side lift, clam etc.). I usually go through your playlist and open 2 or three videos to compile the workouts.
Also a 30 min no repeat ab video only on the ground is something we have wanted.

It has been a difficult July for me😢. I just had removed my tendon cyst on my left wrist. Apparently tendon takes time to heal so I have to take it easy for a few months. No equipments, no push ups yet😢. Good thing you have variety of workout ready Heather for the person like me. Concentrating on my lower body with band in the meantime.

Wow I’m late see8ng this one and I think it was on the calendar for yesterday so I’ll do this today (right now). I had an eye haemorrhage yesterday since the vitrectomy so had to rush to the surgeon again. Next appointment is on Tuesday and I hope there is a way to unblock that eye which is full of thick fog again. Thanks for this routine Heather! ❤❤❤

Yesterday I did a heavy weight exercise for 45 minutes. This is a perfect work out for today especially the skipping and the jumping. For bone health. yeah I see he’s a brave little boy.
